About: Farm life experience with all animals. Cats cows dogs donkeys horses and even some ostriches. I dealt with medical care bottle feeding and even more I’m retired and pretty much always available. I cannot have pets where I live and look forward to assisting you with your sweet fur babies I can’t have pets in my home so coming to care for yours is a plus! I hope to ease your worries while you’re away

“Marianna has been walking our Olive this week (and hopefully for many weeks to come!) and has been wonderful. Even though her first day she could barely get in our door due to a dysfunctional lock and key, she kept trying and because of that Olive got her walk and was much more at ease when we came home from work than she would've been if Marianna had not taken the time and effort to make sure she got in. Our dog has a few weird quirks and requirements, but Marianna had been extremely understanding and accommodating. We will definitely continue to use her as her schedule allows. Thanks Marianna!”

“Thais was outstanding. She went above and beyond, especially having to deal with our pup catching a stomach bug. Thais was a great communicator, on time, and took lots of photos during her walks.”

“Ashley is a great. This is our first experience with her for our 11.5 years old baby. She is diligent, caring and experience person. We loved her. We will see her next time. Thanks Ashley!! We appreciate all you do!!”

“I recently had a baby and was unable to walk my dog for a two week period. Given he is accustomed to several walks a day, this was really a big challenge. Brooke came 2x a day for two weeks straight rain/shine/cold didn't matter! She was wonderful and Tucker fell in love with her. She was always on time and did the full 30+. HUGE HELP! Would use again for sure!! Thank you!”

“Todd was fantastic! He was timely, responsive, gave lots of love and cuddles with our dogs, and asked great questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable, warm dog walker.”

I work at a pet resort called Suite Paws where I take care of puppies all day! I cannot get enough and would love to care for yours! I have a two part time job so I will be helping in between shifts, but I will be sure everyone’s pets get the attention they deserve. I will always follow all house rules and be sure to keep the pets safe and healthy, any need your pet has I will make sure they get it.

“Steph was amazing!!! She was super responsive. You can tell she loves and cares for dogs. Took the time to update me and love on my pup while I was gone. Would 100% recommend her!”

About: My whole life my two priorities are caretaking and animals! I’m a part-time nursing assistant but in my free time any animal I can walk/sit /care for is an added bonus for me (hopefully you as well!). I’ve been walking dogs, housesitting, and cat sitting since I was 13 years old! Pride myself on being the person anyone can call to watch their fur babies! I work part-time weekends and Fridays, however my availability is wide open! I’m saving up for nursing school, so I’ll agree to just about anything! I’m happy to travel anywhere in the Triangle area, I’m a student so understand anyone’s conditions! As long as you’re happy, and the animal is safe, I’m happy! The more details the better, I like to stay organized and accommodate to your needs!

About: I've had animals to some capacity my whole life. I just relocated here and have all the time in the world to give your pet the best care. I'm big on trust and believe in giving that back. My heart is big and loving and rest assured your pet would be in great hands! I live alone and work from home so your pet would have all of my attention! I currently work from home so your pet would rarely be alone! I love walking the trails as well if your pet is able. I'm off weekends and evenings but would be happy to take your pet with me on errands as well. I can easily put a crate in my home, otherwise I have a fenced in dog park where I live and love to walk on the trails. There are designated pet areas on and around my property as well.

About: Ever since I was 9, in 2004, when I started walking a dog for a neighbor, a German Shepard named Marco, I decided that I wanted to get into dog walking and pet sitting. Two years later, I began walking another dog for a family friend and 2 years later in 2008, I started caring for the dogs of a neighbor and decided that I wanted to look after peoples' pets and now 10 years later, I am wanting to start my own pet sitting business. I am about to start a part time job at a Publix grocery store most likely between 15-25 hours a week so the schedule will really depend, but I basically have open availability depending on how many clients I get with Rover or how a schedule will fit the needs of the client. Since I have a small condo where my dad lives with me and a dog and 2 cats who are very unpredictable with new animals, I will only care for the client's pet in the client's home at this time. That may be subject to change when I get my own apartment or small house at some point. If your dog needs a walk, I have a big enough car that I can transport them if the client requests that I take them to a specific park for a walk. I have my own car so I am able to transport a dog or cat wherever needed

“Betsy has been a great regular dog walker for my 5yo pom. He’s friendly but he has some quirks and it’s been really easy to get him used to her and out for some mid-day walks while I’m at work.”

About: Hi there! I’ve been around animals my whole life, and caring for them has always brought me so much joy. My family dog, Chip—a sweet rescue black lab mix you’ll see in my profile photo—recently passed at 16 years old. I miss him dearly, and I’m definitely feeling some dog-withdrawal... which is one of the big reasons I’m excited to start dog walking on here! Growing up, I volunteered at my local animal shelter walking dogs, and I also spent years riding horses and working on a farm—so I’m very comfortable with animals of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I’m available throughout the day to stop by, walk your pup, or just keep them company. Whether you need a reliable walker or someone to give your dog a little extra love and attention while you’re out, I’d love to help. I truly care about making your dog feel safe, happy, and loved!

Carly M.
“I can’t recommend Carly enough as a pet sitter! She has an incredible natural connection with animals, and her calm, caring personality immediately puts both pets and pet parents at ease. Carly has looked after my dog multiple times, and each time I’ve come home to a happy, well-loved pup who’s clearly had the best care. What sets Carly apart is her attention to detail and genuine love for animals. She follows feeding schedules, takes time for play and cuddles, and always keeps me updated with adorable pictures and messages. She treats every pet like her own and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s a quick drop-in or an extended stay, I completely trust Carly to provide reliable, responsible, and affectionate care. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pets like family, Carly is the one!”

Nina C.
“Nina is my aunt, and she’s absolutely wonderful with dogs! Every time I bring my dog Rocky over, she’s so excited to see him—and the feeling is mutual. She has so much energy and is always up for playing, cuddling, or going for a walk. She works from home and is a homebody, so any dog she takes care of would rarely be left alone (and honestly, she wouldn’t want to leave them anyway—she loves having a furry buddy around). She’s responsible, caring, and treats every dog like her own and in fact treats them as they are a person. I’d trust her with Rocky any time, and I know she’d be an amazing dog owner or walker!”

Natalie A.
“If there's someone I can trust to take care of pets while I am gone, it is Natalie! She is always on time, follows directions and loves her animals. It is more than a job to her, and she greets all animals with a smile and a pet. She's trustworthy, dependable and reliable.”

I always feel at ease knowing our pets are in such good hands. She goes above and beyond to make sure our furry family members are safe, happy and well cared for. I especially appreciate the thoughtful updates and photos she sends – they really show how attentive and loving she is with every animal she cares for.
