About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

About: I have three years experience boarding dogs. They get out twice a day and everyone's food needs are taken care of. The dogs play in my living room and sleeping arrangements vary on the dog. I understand that these amazing creatures are a part of your family. I don't take that for granted. I am committed to keeping the pups entertained, loved and safe. Dogs can be unpredictable. I have chased dogs who have slipped their leashes for miles around the neighborhood. I have broken up fights. Carried a 55 pound pitbull who went into anaphylactic shock 4 blocks to my car and raced her to the vet. I've spit in dogs noses to save them from a foxtail (it works by the way). When you drop off your dog at my house rest assured you're getting someone who will do everything they can to keep them happy, and safe.

About: I have 6 years of pet care experience in Portland and Pittsburgh. I moved to Oakland a few years ago I am now getting back into dog care after a few years in a different career. I hold a graduate degree in psychology and have spent time studying pet behavior and body language and will be happy to apply my skills to your pup and am alway happy to continue reinforcing specific behaviors you are working on with your pup I have experience with anxious dogs and dogs needing some additional time to warm up to new humans as well ans older and small dogs that require a calmer environment. I currently have a border collie that’s 4 years old so I’m also used to caring for higher energy dogs who need a little more. I love taking dogs on hikes around the bay if that is something your pup is into or to the local park. If you would like to book a dog hike select a 1h dog walk and let me know on the message I currently do pet care full time so I will be available all day to care for your pup and can cater my schedules to the specific need of your pup wile I care for them My home is on the first floor with a small fully fenced yard and doggy door (which I can also block is that is your preference) but I find that dogs often find it helps to be able to come in and out. The yard and off the street and has 6ft fence so your pup will be safe. I live alone with my pup so no one else will be in the home
