About: My wife and I have 2 small dogs, Maxine (minischnauzer), who's been with us since she's a month old and Callie (Shih Tzu) , 5 and 6 yrs old. They are very friendly and very good with other dogs. Your dogs will be in a very good company and will sure have a wonderful time with us. We treat our dogs as if they are our own kids and we'll extend that to your furbabies as well. You can have the confidence that they are in a safe and loving family and well taken cared of while you are away. About: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own at home. One was abused and all are from a rescue. You start to learn the dogs who might have some issues because of being abused are more likely to be scared at first and I've learned how to interact with them still. My puppy is like that because she was abused before we got her. I use to have a dog who became handicap and lost the use of her back legs, so I understand how older dogs may feel. My 13 year old dog is starting to lose his hearing so I know you can't be aggravated when they don't hear you right away! I am hoping to be able to meet soon!

About: I grew up with my family members having many dogs which led me to wanting to get my own. In 2016 I got a Husky Lab at 8 weeks old and is now 9 years old. Fast forward a few years, in 2023 I adopted a German Shepherd mix puppy which is now 3 years old. They are both large dogs (75+ pounds) so lots walks are a must. Also, I have experience administering medication due to both my dogs having allergies. Since 2016, I have dog sat different kinds of dogs ranging from days to weeks. I do enjoy long walks, car rides, traveling, and being couch potatoes with my dogs. However, my care will be tailored to your dog's needs and I look forward to meeting your pup(s). I work full time during the week so my availability will be open Friday evenings - Sunday only. I am open for dog walking, check ins, and overnight stays. I care for pets in their home by getting to know the family and dog (s). This is important as some dogs can come from shelters and have different backgrounds. Hammy fell quick and hard for the wonderful Darlene and just a couple of days later she dropped in and took our baby boy for his lunch time walk, while seeing to his medical needs ahead of his operation. Hammy went for his operation on the Friday and Darlene asked to be updated over the weekend and rejoiced with us when he was doing so well.
