About: I've been caring for animals for over 10 years and have three cats of my own, including one that's about to be 6 years old. I also previously had two dogs and have years of experience caring for family members' dogs while they're away on week-long vacations. In addition to caring for my own pets, I volunteer with a local cat rescue, where I've worked with cats of all ages and personalities. I'm comfortable feeding, walking, cleaning litter boxes, administering oral medications if needed, and making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved. I'll treat your pets with the same care and attention I give my own. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I’m also available for sitting in households throughout the week/weekends! In addition, I can commute to Napa as I regularly go into town! I always follow each pet's usual routine to help them feel comfortable and reduce stress while you're away. I'll make sure they have fresh food and water, plenty of exercise and playtime, bathroom breaks or clean litter boxes, and lots of love and attention. I’m used to doing care for senior animals so if your dog needs medications I can do that for you. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of free time to spare. About: I have had many different breeds and size of pets in my life since eight years old, I have cleaned up after or cleaned the pets and fed the pets. I am available Tuesday-Saturday most mornings to afternoon depending on the day. I attend Solano Community College and will be going twice a week. Wow! Did we get lucky with Rocelyn!! We decided to leave last min out of town and we were soooo fortunate to have found Rocelyn and her having availability! Especially on 4th of July weekend! Our little pup freaks over fireworks so we also needed someone that could help her feel secure and that’s exactly what Rocelyn did! Plus she helped clean the doggies area which was a huge help, something we didn’t ask her to do but she did it out of kindness!! So sweet. We felt our pups were very happy and had a blast with her as she came in to check on them. There was a lot of communication, pictures shared and overall we very good experience! Will book again!
Kristin provided wonderful care for my cat. Loved the photo and descriptive updates. She took care of the litter box, litter disposal, checking where my cat had stashed herself, feeding, leaving treats and watching out for the water bowl level. Kristin was respectful of my home and spot on for timing.
Cristina was wonderful!! We had a change in schedule at the last minute but, she was able to assist. She communicated extremely well through the whole process, took pictures and provided great notes. When we got home, we returned to what we expected, Excited Pets!!! We will be using Cristina again in the future!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
