About: I’m the person you’ll find in the corner at a party hanging out with the dog (or cat). I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, have experience pet sitting and walking, and adopted both of my pets. I also trained my dog, Pinto, myself, so I have hands-on experience with training, routines, and plenty of different dog behaviors. About: I Love dogs, I dog walk and dog sit my neighbors dog regularly, I use to volunteer in the animal shelter, I use to have my own 2 dogs until they peacefully passed. Im working part time on call so I can really choose my schedule whenever however I want so I will always have plenty of time to watch your pets! I have two quiet vaccinated and spayed cats, If your animal isn’t comfortable with that they can stay in the other room door closed they spend most of there time in a separate room anyway.
About: I have had the pleasure of taking care of and being around pets my entire life! Since I was a child, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, and fishes as well as other large animals! About: Since I was about six I have always had dogs in my household. At a young age I learned the responsibilities it takes to be patient, loving, and caring for another living being (pets!). I have had two dogs my whole life, both pit bulls. While I have experience with youthful dogs, I also have experience in taking care of elderly dogs. Kristin was very communicative with updates on our cats. She was very sweet and took care of them very well. One of our cats who is a senior and is shy took to liking her very much. Also very prompt, on time with each visits, and great with the taking care of each individual cat's needs. As a first time user on rover, she was a gem.
Wow! Did we get lucky with Rocelyn!! We decided to leave last min out of town and we were soooo fortunate to have found Rocelyn and her having availability! Especially on 4th of July weekend! Our little pup freaks over fireworks so we also needed someone that could help her feel secure and that’s exactly what Rocelyn did! Plus she helped clean the doggies area which was a huge help, something we didn’t ask her to do but she did it out of kindness!! So sweet. We felt our pups were very happy and had a blast with her as she came in to check on them. There was a lot of communication, pictures shared and overall we very good experience! Will book again!
Cristina was wonderful!! We had a change in schedule at the last minute but, she was able to assist. She communicated extremely well through the whole process, took pictures and provided great notes. When we got home, we returned to what we expected, Excited Pets!!! We will be using Cristina again in the future!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
