I’ve grown up around animals my whole life, have experience pet sitting and walking, and adopted both of my pets. I also trained my dog, Pinto, myself, so I have hands-on experience with training, routines, and plenty of different dog behaviors. During a typical pet sitting stay I aim to spend nor more than 2-8 hours away from the house depending on the needs of the animals. Keeping animals in a familiar routine is my main focus. About: Since I was about six I have always had dogs in my household. At a young age I learned the responsibilities it takes to be patient, loving, and caring for another living being (pets!). I have had two dogs my whole life, both pit bulls. While I have experience with youthful dogs, I also have experience in taking care of elderly dogs. One of my dogs recently passed away of old age and I took care of her by myself. During the week, I am working from 8am-5pm. I am available before 8am and after 5pm on weekdays. In the weekend, my availability is open and may be scheduled to change. I will not be bringing pets into my home. In regards to care for pets in client’s home, I will follow the directions given to me and ask any questions and/or concerns that come up. It’s all about communication, if I am not sure about something I will simply ask. In the event where I have a question and/or concern and the client does not respond, I will use my best judgement; as I have had dogs all my life.
