About: My wife and I have 2 small dogs, Maxine (minischnauzer), who's been with us since she's a month old and Callie (Shih Tzu) , 5 and 6 yrs old. They are very friendly and very good with other dogs. Your dogs will be in a very good company and will sure have a wonderful time with us. We treat our dogs as if they are our own kids and we'll extend that to your furbabies as well. You can have the confidence that they are in a safe and loving family and well taken cared of while you are away. Besides me taking care of animals throughout my life, I'm also a volunteer at PetCo, my Community College's non profit organization on feral cats (Campus Cats of Yuba College), and Homward Bound Golden Retriever Rescue. I am Deaf, and dogs seem to be very comfortable and protective with me as if they know about my deafness. I have taught my dogs basic tricks using sign language such as "sit, stay, friend (or paw shake), lay down". I absolutely love cuddling with my dogs and watching them be silly. “We had been let down by someone to take Hamz for a walk when I started my new job, we contacted Darlene and after a little chat we met up so Hamz could meet her and we could go over his specific medical issues. Hammy fell quick and hard for the wonderful Darlene and just a couple of days later she dropped in and took our baby boy for his lunch time walk, while seeing to his medical needs ahead of his operation. Hammy went for his operation on the Friday and Darlene asked to be updated over the weekend and rejoiced with us when he was doing so well. “Kimberlin was great with our 2 dogs! They stayed with her and her husband for a week getting lots of attention and love. She communicated well, responded promptly to the initial request and all subsequent messages. She’s kind and clearly has a love of dogs that shows through her interactions. She is very understanding and accommodating. Our dogs were perfectly happy when we picked them up after a long week and I’m sure wouldn’t have protested to staying longer. Will definitely be using her again whenever we need help with our pups!”
“Anthony is top-notch! He took great care of our King Charles Cavalier for four days. Anthony sent lots of pictures and videos of our dog playing with his dog, Kai. He took our dog on many walks to the local park and played fetch with the dogs his backyard. Anthony was very flexible with pickup/drop off times and had everything ready to go when it was time to take our dog home. I highly recommend Anthony for dog boarding and we will be rebooking with him in a few weeks.”
