About: I have grown up with animals my whole life ever since i can remember. I love all animals, however dogs have a special place in my heart. I am Deaf, and dogs seem to be very comfortable and protective with me as if they know about my deafness. I have taught my dogs basic tricks using sign language such as "sit, stay, friend (or paw shake), lay down". I absolutely love cuddling with my dogs and watching them be silly. I currently assist my older sister with baby sitting my autistic niece part time. I am available from 11am-2:00pm however if you need anything in the evenings, I am open to that as well, just feel free to ask! :) I always approach new dogs with calm and soft energy and will generally allow them to come to me and sniff. I am very patient to those who may feel anxious. I know how to read a dogs body language. I will always communicate with you about your pets needs.
About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and can relate to them better than people. I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own. I’ve spent time working at dog day cares, one of which I assistant managed. I’m well versed on dog behaviors, mannerisms and in tune to what they need. I’m available for drop in visits at your home for any of your pets, or to come take your dog for a walk. Roshi came home healthy, happy, and relaxed, and I knew I had found someone truly special. When another last-minute California trip came up, there was no question who I wanted to call. I was so relieved that Linda was available again. I do want to mention that I was the one running late for drop-off. Being punctual is important to me, and Linda couldn’t have been more gracious and understanding. I only wish Linda lived in Oregon because she would be Roshi’s regular sitter. Since she doesn’t, we’ll happily book with her every time we’re in California. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, compassionate, and genuinely loves the dogs she cares for, I can’t recommend Linda highly enough.
