Even though I live in an apartment, your dog will still get plenty of outdoor time. I take multiple walks each day around my pet friendly complex, and we also have access to two fenced in dog parks for safe playtime and exercise. I follow a consistent routine with meals served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and fresh water is always available. In my home, pets are treated like family with lots of love, structure, and attention to their individual needs. When I care for pets in your home, I respect your routine and space. I make sure your pets feel secure and comfortable by sticking closely to their normal schedule, whether that’s feeding times, potty breaks, walks, medications, or cuddle time. I clean up after them, keep things tidy, and leave your home just as I found it if not better!

About: Animals are my life! I have worked in a doggy daycare and fostered. I now run my own pet care business full time. I also have doggie family at home! I live, love and work with pets and families daily. I left my full time job to start my dream job caring for families pets. “We had a doggy-sitter that we loved, our dog, (Sadie), included. There aren't many people we trust to watch our Sadie girl. Unfortunately, our sitter got a dog of her own, and wasn't available anymore, so we started the search. Just couldn't find the right match. Until we met Mitch and John, they are GREAT! Our 3 year old Sadie girl loves going for play dates. When we arrive at their house for the drop-off Sadie is already so excited. She knows when we are getting close and her tail starts a-waggin'! It makes us happy to know she is happy and safe. At our meet and greet we were relieved to find a clean environment. A safe and clean house is important to us. There is a nice BIG backyard for the doggies to play in. There are areas inside designated for the doggies and blocked off areas, so they don't get themselves into trouble. They have their own boy, Rugby, a sweet pug. He's very friendly and calm. We receive updates and picture texts while we are away. They are in touch and respond quickly. They take Sadie on long walks, play fetch with her favorite toy, even hand fed her once when they were worried because because she wasn't eating much. At the end of the visit they will give you a print out of the day. It lists the activities, walks they went on, food that was eaten, or not, treats given and so on. We are so happy we found Mitch and John! They treat Sadie as one of their own. You can tell they have a genuine love and concern for the dogs left in their care. We have used them twice already and plan to re-book.”

Used to be a dog owner for 10+ years from puppies to elderly dogs which allowed me to get more experience with any dog group. I want to be able to provide a safe, clean, and fun environment for your family pet. I am used to having to train pets and having to follow strict instructions to keep a pet happy and healthy. About: I am a big fan of positive reinforcement training for dogs big and small. I have 2 large dogs that are great and are always excited to make new dog friends. Having a large fenced yard along with a designated dog room right off the kitchen, pets in my care will have access to treats, some training, and space to run around and play with my dogs in the yard. I work from home full time M-F 9-5. I am able to take breaks and allow dogs out in fenced yard for play time or potty break. I enjoy using positive reinforcement to train dogs. They have a regular schedule of feeding twice a day at 8:30am & 7:45pm along with regular potty breaks every 3 hours along with ability to let dogs out to play outside in large fenced yard. My dogs know how to let me know when they want to go outside and am certain other dogs will learn to do as well. I often use treats and chews to help keep the dogs' daily life a little more interesting while giving them some stimulation in the form of short training sessions. Dogs are inside when whether is above 80 degrees unless I am outside with them making sure they have enough water and are not overheating.

About: I used to own 2 dogs, chihuahua mixed with Yorkie and shih tzu. They used to go to work with me everyday. Bathe them often, does nail trimmings, feed, and cleans up after them. Had them when they were weeks old. I'm currently taking some time off from work and so I have plenty of time to help take care of other people's pets since I don't have any of my own. I have plenty of spaces inside and outside of my house for pets to run around. Will make sure dogs get walked when needed and not eat anything unhealthy.

About: I've been a dog mom my entire life, having had 4 dogs over the years of every size and activity level. I now have an excellent yard for dogs to play in and would love to play with dogs all day! I work from home and am open for doggie day care from 8AM to 6PM on weekdays. Boarding can be arranged so let's talk! Thanks I have a fenced in yard with 3 separate large areas and 3 big kennels when needed for feeding and such, and my dog loves to play!
