Hello! My name is Mikayla and I’m an experienced pet caregiver familiar with many types of animals. I lived on a farm just outside Vacaville, so I know what is expected when caring for animals big or small. I was recently certified in animal behavior and welfare as well as pet CPR and first aid. I have experience assisting in a veterinary hospital as well as working in boarding kennels for 2 years. I spent 3 years volunteering for Premier Animal Rescue, after Premier Animal Resuce closed I started working with Whiskers Tails and Ferrals. When I’m not with my animals at home I’m watching after other people’s fur babies or volunteering(: I have a passion for animals and I find caring for them to be very rewarding and enjoyable!
