Wow! Did we get lucky with Rocelyn!! We decided to leave last min out of town and we were soooo fortunate to have found Rocelyn and her having availability! Especially on 4th of July weekend! Our little pup freaks over fireworks so we also needed someone that could help her feel secure and that’s exactly what Rocelyn did! Plus she helped clean the doggies area which was a huge help, something we didn’t ask her to do but she did it out of kindness!! So sweet. We felt our pups were very happy and had a blast with her as she came in to check on them. There was a lot of communication, pictures shared and overall we very good experience! Will book again!
Cristina was wonderful!! We had a change in schedule at the last minute but, she was able to assist. She communicated extremely well through the whole process, took pictures and provided great notes.
