About: I've been a dog mom my entire life, having had 4 dogs over the years of every size and activity level. I now have an excellent yard for dogs to play in and would love to play with dogs all day! I work from home and am open for doggie day care from 8AM to 6PM on weekdays. Kristin was very communicative with updates on our cats. She was very sweet and took care of them very well. One of our cats who is a senior and is shy took to liking her very much. Also very prompt, on time with each visits, and great with the taking care of each individual cat's needs. As a first time user on rover, she was a gem.
Wow! Did we get lucky with Rocelyn!! We decided to leave last min out of town and we were soooo fortunate to have found Rocelyn and her having availability! Especially on 4th of July weekend! Our little pup freaks over fireworks so we also needed someone that could help her feel secure and that’s exactly what Rocelyn did! Plus she helped clean the doggies area which was a huge help, something we didn’t ask her to do but she did it out of kindness!! So sweet. We felt our pups were very happy and had a blast with her as she came in to check on them. There was a lot of communication, pictures shared and overall we very good experience! Will book again!
Cristina was wonderful!! We had a change in schedule at the last minute but, she was able to assist. She communicated extremely well through the whole process, took pictures and provided great notes. When we got home, we returned to what we expected, Excited Pets!!! We will be using Cristina again in the future!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
