About: I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and understand how important it is to have someone reliable caring for your pet while you’re away. I’m responsible, patient, attentive, and comfortable following feeding, walking, playtime, and daily care instructions. I’ll treat your dog with care and respect, keep you updated, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while they’re with me. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and companionship, and I can follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. I live in a comfortable apartment with a good-sized patio and access to a dog park inside my apartment community for walks, exercise, and playtime. I also have a very friendly and loving Golden Retriever who enjoys having other dogs around. I always supervise pets carefully, follow the owner’s instructions, and make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 8 years old. Friends, coworkers and neighbors have all called me to watch their pets and walk them reliably for years. I work a normal 9-5 job Monday through Friday but have all the time and attention to give your pets walks afterward and remain free on weekends! About: As Confucius said, "Choose a job you love, and you will never work a day in your life." I began pet sitting throughout high school and from there my passion for animals grew. I am currently employed as a veterinary assistant although my ultimate goal is to attend veterinary school one day! I love being able to help families and their fur-babies. I am comfortable with administering medications and injections (such as insulin). I have cared for medically complex senior furry friends. I am currently taking a leave of absence from work and therefore have more free time available to pet sit! Pet sitting for family, friends, and pre-existing clients is currently my full time job until I return to my vet assistant role 😊 When caring for pets in their own homes, I like to keep things very neat and organized. I will typically wash bed sheets or at least remove bed sheets if spending the night. I will also bring my own groceries and supplies with me so as to not disturb the home. I do my best to spend the majority of my day in the home with the pet providing company.

Over the years many friends, family members and neighbors have relied on me to care for their pets. I have over 6 years of experience with all dog breeds. Dogs are taken on walks to nearby parks and around the neighborhood and rides around to the dog park. dogs are fed separately and are fed on a schedule and always have access to lots of fresh water. I have a fenced yard and a pool in the back yard. I am able to crate your dog if needed or per your preference. My lab is always ready to play or nap with your pup and will always keep them company!

About: Im retired which allows more time while sitting with dogs. I was an Assistant Manager with Pet Food Express 7 yrs, worked with Petco 4yrs, my female was a pet who happened to a show dog. I’ve whelped a couple litters, followed our Northern California soft coated wheaten terrier club. Im a firm believer of a good diet and have I included raw in my dog's diets. I'll get up fix grits for myself and feed my dog while I am. After we eat we get ready for a walk. For outings my boy loves going to the Benica Bridge Vista Point. I have two crates also I have x-pens that be used in the house if needed. My dogs are voice & sound trained. I do have a crate and raised feeding & water bowls

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
