I also previously had two dogs and have years of experience caring for family members' dogs while they're away on week-long vacations. About: I started taking care of dogs a few years ago and it’s the best thing I ever did. I’ve taken care of older ones who need specific medication and younger ones who are filled with energy! It’s always fun getting to know a dog’s personality which I have gotten a lot better at especially when knowing if they are uncomfortable or if they feel safe in certain situations. I’m currently working part time in Walnut Creek so I have a lot of time to head over to take your dog out for a walk or potty break or even around the clock care! When I arrive at a house I like to pay attention to my surroundings when I get in a neighborhood. Are there active people running and walking, are there a lot of dogs being taken on a walk, how’s the weather. I think all of these are really important when caring for a dog. I do the same thing in homes especially outside areas. Certain plants they should stay away from, possible exits that could be dangerous for them. Listening to what you guys to keep your dog safe is very important for me in order to build trust and for you guys to know they dog is being left in great hands!
