About: I’ve always enjoyed being around dogs and understand how important it is to have someone reliable caring for your pet while you’re away. I’m responsible, patient, attentive, and comfortable following feeding, walking, playtime, and daily care instructions. I’ll treat your dog with care and respect, keep you updated, and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while they’re with me. I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and allows me to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m available for walks, playtime, feeding, potty breaks, and companionship, and I can follow your dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. I live in a comfortable apartment with a good-sized patio and access to a dog park inside my apartment community for walks, exercise, and playtime. I also have a very friendly and loving Golden Retriever who enjoys having other dogs around. I always supervise pets carefully, follow the owner’s instructions, and make sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

I work a normal 9-5 job Monday through Friday but have all the time and attention to give your pets walks afterward and remain free on weekends! About: I have taken care of my pet geese, chickens, goats, rabbits, parakeets, fishes, cat since i was a young child as well as my 15 year old dogs. I am currently studying. So I have plenty of time to tend to your family. I am a firm believer in treating others how yo would like to be treated. I will treat your pets as I would my own. I am currently studying for an exam. I do not have to report to anyone. My schedule can be quite lenient, and is especially good for emergencies. I am very attentive with pets especially exotic pets, ones with special needs and higher in age. I do not mind sleeping next to them.

About: I've loved cats and dogs all my life (more than people sometimes LOL) 💜 I've taken care of neighbors/family/friends pets while they are out and showered them with all the love and care as if they were my own. About: Im retired which allows more time while sitting with dogs. I was an Assistant Manager with Pet Food Express 7 yrs, worked with Petco 4yrs, my female was a pet who happened to a show dog. I’ve whelped a couple litters, followed our Northern California soft coated wheaten terrier club. Im a firm believer of a good diet and have I included raw in my dog's diets. I'll get up fix grits for myself and feed my dog while I am. After we eat we get ready for a walk. For outings my boy loves going to the Benica Bridge Vista Point. About: I started taking care of dogs a few years ago and it’s the best thing I ever did. I’ve taken care of older ones who need specific medication and younger ones who are filled with energy! It’s always fun getting to know a dog’s personality which I have gotten a lot better at especially when knowing if they are uncomfortable or if they feel safe in certain situations. My experience has allowed me to make smart decisions when caring for dogs and giving them the care you would while you’re away from them:). I’m currently working part time in Walnut Creek so I have a lot of time to head over to take your dog out for a walk or potty break or even around the clock care! I update my availability weekly based off of my schedule and I’m truly flexible to make you feel comfortable and know that your dog is in the best care! When I arrive at a house I like to pay attention to my surroundings when I get in a neighborhood. Are there active people running and walking, are there a lot of dogs being taken on a walk, how’s the weather. I think all of these are really important when caring for a dog. I do the same thing in homes especially outside areas. Certain plants they should stay away from, possible exits that could be dangerous for them. Listening to what you guys to keep your dog safe is very important for me in order to build trust and for you guys to know they dog is being left in great hands!

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
