About: I would always take care of my aunts dog as a child and later on in more recent years! I would always take him on walks and play with him! I currently work part-time! I have time on weekdays from 6-sunset (might change in future)! And on most weekends, I'm available at anytime as needed! I have a fenced yard big enough to play in! My neighborhood is very safe and fairly quiet, so no true taking on walks around! Also with a park within a 5 minute walking distance to play at!

About: I have grown up with dogs all my life. I have been around all sorts of personalities and continue to do so with our furry friends. I have spent time volunteering at the SPCA in Fresno (my home town) and have always found animals interesting and fun. I they are always a delight to be around and getting to know them is always a treat. If pet sitting at a clients house, I would start my morning off early at around 4am making sure that your fur baby is ready for the day. By the time 7am rolls around I will getting myself ready for work and go to my regular day job. By the time I get to your house I will continue to care and be a wonderful friend to all your pets. For walking jobs it will most likely take place on my days off or for days when I get out early between 12:00pm and 3:30pm. You can set the length and route for how long walks need to be, I am more than able to keep up with their needs. My Full Time job comes first, my schedule is from 8:45am to 6:00pm. I am always willing to work with you on how to best provide my attention for your fur baby. I work well when I have a detailed checklist of things that need to be taken care of. I don’t like to wing things. I will always provide plenty of pictures and videos daily so you know that your baby(s) and your house is in good hands. My phone is always at my side so if at any point you are feeling worried or just want to FaceTime, Skype, etc. your furry companion I am more than able to make that happen. Just know for days that I work my regular day job I ask that you remain patient and I will respond as soon as I am able.

About: I am the go to pet sitter in my family and group of friends. My husband and I have been unable to get our own pet up to this point due to lease agreements. However, I am meant to have a pet and have lots of care to give! I love to go on long walks and it’s way more fun with a pet friend. I have experience with extremely reactive, large dogs, antisocial cats, and everything in between. I love going on walks and make sure to get out of the house every day! I don’t commute to work which frees up extra time in my day. I make sure to follow the pet parents’ lead and protocol. Our friends often have a well established routine, so I make sure to follow it to not disrupt the animal. However, when possible, I like to spoil a little! That includes longer walks, extra words of praise, and playing with their favorite toys (fetch, tug-o-war, etc).

We had a very good experience with Kelly, she listened to what’s important to us and we felt like she communicated really well. We received a lot of feedback on how our cats were doing, interacting and behavior information. Kelly also sent a lot of photos which always helps when we’re away. Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
