About: I treat every pet like my own and take the time to learn their individual personality, routine, and needs. I’m especially comfortable with senior dogs, energetic pups, and dogs who need extra patience and attention. I’m active and love going on walks, but I’m also happy to keep things low-key with plenty of cuddles and companionship. Most importantly, I want you to feel confident knowing your pet is safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work Monday–Friday, but I have flexibility before and after work, as well as on weekends. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine. About: I have taken care of many dogs, including my own. I've had 2 huskies in the past and now have a black lab. I love spending time with animals. I make sure that dogs get all the loving that they need. I’m available pretty much any time of the day because I work from home. I will walk your dog or care for your dog at home. If you need me to I can keep you updated on how things are going to insure that you are completely happy. I will even send you endless pictures if you'd like! I currently work from home and am able to stay overnight whenever needed and can check up on your dog anytime of the day. I'm even happy to sit with them while I take a meeting! My dog is an indoor and outdoor dog. He enjoys playing in the yard and going for walks. I usually sit on the patio with him while I work if the weather is nice. At night he goes into a crate. I will make sure that your pet gets the attention that it needs.

Every fur baby that has been brought into my house over the years, was either a feral I rescued off the street or adopted from a shelter. Mine are indoor only, except for when I sit on the porch. They get to come outside, but they all stay on the porch and come inside when I do.So lots of toys and enrichment is important for them. They all love to play fetch and chase the laser! Whatever your pet requires or whatever their routine is, I'm there for it. It's all about your pet and putting your mind at ease that they are in the best possible hands!
About: I have been pet sitting and house sitting in Napa for the past 3 years and absolutely love it! I have experience caring for both dogs and cats and have cared for pets with different personalities, routines, and needs. My family had to go away for the weekend needed a drop in person for our dog Sammy. Megali was able to help us out and did a great job. She provided great updates and daily pictures. Our dog looked happy and we would definitely recommend Megali to our friends. Thanks again for the great service.
We had a very good experience with Kelly, she listened to what’s important to us and we felt like she communicated really well. We received a lot of feedback on how our cats were doing, interacting and behavior information. Kelly also sent a lot of photos which always helps when we’re away. We had a couple of issues with our automated litter machine and Kelly was able to resolve the issue and communicated with us to make sure everything was working properly.

Rusty did a terrific job with a drop-in visit I recently booked. Rusty took the time to get to know the dogs and the lay of the land with a meet and greet several days prior to the actual drop-in, which I appreciated. One of my dogs is an incredibly energetic dachshund puppy and the other is a senior dachshund with some trust issues. Rusty was incredibly knowledgable with how to handle both and I felt at ease with Rusty as my choice. I especially appreciate how communicative Rusty was throughout the process and they even sent me some cute pictures of my dogs during the visit. Thanks, Rusty!

This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
