About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember, through every stage of their lives. Growing up with dogs, they have always been like family to me. I’ve had experience with all different kinds of dogs and cats and have also worked at a doggy daycare / boarding center. Spending time with furry friends never feels like work to me. I am fortunate to live at home where I know my own dog is always cared for when I am away, so I can confidently care for yours too! Amber is super easy to coordinate with and very responsive. She helped with walks while we were away and had an older family member watching our dog. Amber was very kind and offered to help in anyway or adjust the schedule as needed to make sure our dog and family member where happy and safe while we were gone.
Nicole is wonderful! I had an urgent need for a dog walker and she really came through for me. Besides being available at a moments notice, she was very kind and gentle with my little guy. Chloe has been walking my dog twice a week for the past three weeks since I returned to in person work. I was quite anxious about this as I have been working at home the entire time I’ve had my dog. However, Chloe has been extremely communicative, caring, and putting in a lot of effort to make my dog comfortable and adjust to this new situation.
Spencer did a wonderful above and beyond job walking Ash and making sure he was fed and got his med. Extremely responsive, which was perfect for me being out of town handling a few different things, so I didn’t have to worry about my baby. Def recommend Spencer as a responsible dog walker!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
