About: I've had cats and dogs in my home since I was a child. Since 2020 I have been traveling the country--and beyond--as a full-time, nomadic pet sitter. I have taken care of dogs in Malibu, California; horses and pigs in Ocala, Florida; Ragdoll cats in South Queensferry, Scotland; goats in Oakland, California; and giant bunnies in Oceanside, Washington. Spencer did a wonderful above and beyond job walking Ash and making sure he was fed and got his med. Extremely responsive, which was perfect for me being out of town handling a few different things, so I didn’t have to worry about my baby. Def recommend Spencer as a responsible dog walker!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
