About: I’ve taken care of animals for as long as I can remember, through every stage of their lives. Growing up with dogs, they have always been like family to me. I’ve had experience with all different kinds of dogs and cats and have also worked at a doggy daycare / boarding center. Spending time with furry friends never feels like work to me. I am fortunate to live at home where I know my own dog is always cared for when I am away, so I can confidently care for yours too! I always enjoy being able to go for walks and make visits during the day in between managing my other responsibilities. As a student, I typically have more availability in the afternoons and evenings. I am happy to visit and walk with your pups during the day, providing them each the individual care that they deserve. I am open to doing group walks as well, depending on your pet’s preferences. I am also able to pet sit, where I can care for your fur babies in the comfort of their own home!

Growing up, I raised and cared for dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and rabbits through 4-H, which gave me hands-on experience with animals of all kinds. Rusty did a terrific job with a drop-in visit I recently booked. Rusty took the time to get to know the dogs and the lay of the land with a meet and greet several days prior to the actual drop-in, which I appreciated. One of my dogs is an incredibly energetic dachshund puppy and the other is a senior dachshund with some trust issues. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
