About: I have experience caring for high-energy and working breeds, including dogs that need structure, exercise, and calm guidance while away from home. I focus on creating a safe, balanced environment with enrichment, routine, and personalized care for each dog. I’m comfortable with crate routines, leash handling, impulse control work, and helping dogs settle calmly into a new environment. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I maintain a structured and active lifestyle, which allows me to provide consistent walks, exercise, and attentive supervision throughout the day. I’m available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, and I prioritize keeping dogs on a steady routine that mirrors what they’re used to at home. Whether your dog needs structured exercise, calm companionship, or a balanced mix of both, I build their care into my schedule — not around it. Because I work from a stable home environment near Travis AFB, I’m able to provide reliable availability, consistent potty breaks, structured activity, and regular updates. Your dog’s safety, routine, and well-being are never an afterthought — they’re part of the plan. Dogs in my home are cared for in a calm, structured environment designed to help them feel safe and settled. I keep routines consistent with regular potty breaks, structured walks, mental stimulation, and purposeful play. Dogs are never left without supervision for extended periods, and I monitor energy levels to ensure they’re comfortable — whether they need exercise or quiet rest.

About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 10 years. I also grew up in rural Oklahoma on a farm with many other animals, including dogs and cats. I love dogs and always worry when leaving my dog with anyone else. My philosophy is to treat someone else’s pet the way I would want my own pet to be treated and cared for. I will provide attention, pets, snuggles, walks playtime, and treats. Dogs are welcome to sleep next to me and my little dog and snuggle on the couch with us. I work full-time at an 8 to 5 type of job. Two days per week I go into the office for part of the day. My schedule is very flexible and I can work from home on different days when needed. I am off weekends and holidays. I will make sure your pet is safe is safe, cared for and loved. I take my own dog on walks to Pena Adobe and One Lake and around my gated apartment complex. My little dog is a white Maltipoo who is very sweet and friendly. Your dog will be safe and cared for with me. I can ensure regular feeding schedules, potty breaks and walks.
“Loved Gabriel’s WILLINGNESS to learn from the dogs! I intend to snatch Gabriel up because of this and his kindness with my fur babies! I will DEFINITELY be booking him for a weekly schedule 😊!”
“Tasha is a wonderful dog walker. She was on time, communicative and took great care of my pup, and even fed her after her walks. You can tell she really loves animals. I'll definitely be reaching out to her again when I'm in town.”

“Courtney came over to visit our dog a week prior to walking. She’s super friendly, reliable, communicative, and awesome, and we are so excited to have her back to walk him!”

“Breah is amazing!! She has come through in a pinch for me not once, but twice! She is kind, informative and the dogs love her. Our little dog can be picky with who he likes and even he loves her. She always sends a message when she is on her way and concludes each visit with a summary of how things went. I am so glad I found Breah! We will be booking her again and again :)”

About: I’m newer to professional pet care, but I’m reliable, attentive, and calm. I’ve walked my boyfriend’s dog a few times and helped let coworkers’ dogs out during the day. Outside of that, I have a year of experience supervising middle schoolers and have spent years caring for my younger siblings (ages 10 and 13), which has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to stay attentive and trustworthy. I treat pets with the same care and respect and always make sure they’re safe and comfortable. I work full time on a rotating shift schedule, so my availability varies from week to week. The upside is that I can be available on weekdays or during less typical hours. I’m happy to coordinate ahead of time to find a schedule that works well for both you and your pet. I don’t offer boarding in my own home, but I’m happy to care for pets in their own space. I focus on keeping their routine as consistent as possible—making sure they get let out, fed, walked, and given attention as needed. I’m calm, observant, and respectful of both pets and clients’ homes, and I always prioritize safety and comfort.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
