About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I don’t think there was a year in my life where I did not have a dog to help take care of! I have taken care of small dogs, medium dogs, and big dogs! We also had a lot of other animals while I was growing up. I’ve taken care of birds, fish, reptiles, and even rabbits. About: I worked as a behavioral tech for over a year where I learned all about behavioral training. I’ve had great success with my own dog at home. We have almost always had a dog in my house and know how important of a family member they are. I dog sit for several families when they go on vacation and have been doing this for about a year or so. My background is with children and have a lot of patience and love as a result! I am available full time as of right now. If this changes, I will update my availability ASAP. I wouldn’t be away from the home for very long most of the time. Any occasion where I would be away from the home for a significant amount of time, I would first make sure that the dog was completely cared for (fed, watered, pottied, and played with) before leaving. He even went out to buy more treats when we ran out and was thoughtful enough to ask about any food allergies first. For our anxious dog, he found kind alternatives to walking her so she wouldn’t feel pressured, while still making sure she was safe, comfortable, and cared for. Throughout our trip, he sent pictures, videos, and regular updates, keeping us informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using Elliot again. He’s an amazing dog walker and a truly compassionate, trustworthy person to care for your pets.
