I have a calm, patient demeanor that helps pets feel safe and comfortable. Friends often joke that I'm an "animal whisperer" because animals tend to warm up to me quickly. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and cats, and I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and routine. For the past two years, I've loved providing pet care through Rover. It's incredibly rewarding to help families feel at ease while they're away, knowing their pets are receiving attentive, loving care. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, long walks, quiet companionship, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I'm someone people can count on when they need help, and I bring that same reliability to every Rover booking. My goal is to give you peace of mind while making sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for in your absence. ❤️

To care for your pets, I make sure to give them time and attention so that they do not feel alone or stressed. I understand that pets can be anxious when their owners are away and I love to become a safe and reliable space for them to feel comfortable while you are away.

Shawna continues to be a wonderful caregiver to our dog, Dakota! She is very thoughtful and compassionate with Dakota, and we are spoiled with pictures galore! Thank you for being a trusted and steady presence in our lives.
Shawna is SO wonderful with both my cats, dog, and turtles! Super communicative, always takes great photos, and I know my pets are getting the best care when I'm gone. One of my cats is super shy, and Shawna has made her feel comfortable enough that she even comes out for pets now!! Highly recommend!
We’ve worked with Shawna several times now! Our pups love her and she’s always a really strong communicator. She’s our go-to on Rover for sure :)
Shawna responds promptly when I’ve requested her to pet sit and she takes wonderful care of our fur babies, sends us pictures or videos of our pets and lets us know how they’re doing. Our animals are all comfortable and remember her, Including our former outdoor kitty, she came out and let her pet her and sat next to her, that is huge for Sassy!!! I am So glad I found Shawna.
Second time having Shawna and we absolutely love having her watch our dog Madison. Shawna is A-MAZING with her and is super commutative during her drop-ins. She treats our dog like she’s one of hers and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter.

Dates de la garde
I am currently available into do drop in visits in the mornings or evenings. I work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and can do drop in visits or dog walks before 8am or after 4:30pm during the weekdays. I have open availability during the weekends to help with dog walks and drop in visits anytime of the day, Saturday and Sundays.
