I have a calm, patient demeanor that helps pets feel safe and comfortable. Friends often joke that I'm an "animal whisperer" because animals tend to warm up to me quickly. I have experience caring for puppies, adult dogs, and cats, and I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique personality and routine. For the past two years, I've loved providing pet care through Rover. It's incredibly rewarding to help families feel at ease while they're away, knowing their pets are receiving attentive, loving care. Whether your pet enjoys playtime, long walks, quiet companionship, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I'm happy to meet them where they are. I'm someone people can count on when they need help, and I bring that same reliability to every Rover booking. Shawna is literally the best person in the world to care for your pet. She always takes her time with your fur baby and sends the best pictures. The anxiety I have always had about leaving my puppy home has been nearly erased entirely because of her. She listens to what your pet truly needs and is such a sweetheart. Shawna is a wonderful pet sitter! She provided constant updates on our cat and sent lots of photos and videos. She made me feel comfortable leaving my pet at home knowing that someone was there to take good care of KitKat. Shawna is also accommodating! I requested to have my cat be taken out on walks, and Shawna was able to fulfill that request no problem. I would love to have Shawna babysit KitKat again.

We highly recommend Shawna! It was hard leaving our cat behind, but she provided wonderful daily updates and photos that gave me complete peace of mind. She truly cares about animals and treated my cat so well. I came home to a perfectly clean space and a relaxed pet. Five stars!
We LOVE having Shawna watch our doggy. We have finally found someone who we can trust and who has an amazing personality with animals. Very communicative and responsive and gives amazing notes on drop ins. We will continue to have Shawna take care of our girl while we are away!

Schedule
I am currently available into do drop in visits in the mornings or evenings. I work Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm and can do drop in visits or dog walks before 8am or after 4:30pm during the weekdays. I have open availability during the weekends to help with dog walks and drop in visits anytime of the day, Saturday and Sundays.
