About: I took two years of Animal science where I learned how to administer medications and injections, perform pet CPR and First Aid, Restraints on all pets including livestock, and more! My daily/ weekly activity consists of being with family, playing with mine and others pets, and working at my part time job! I am free 24/7 for all pet care besides boarding! First, I would talk about it with the pet owners and see what the animal’s needs are. I would work with the already implemented schedule of the pet to ensure the pet is in routine.

About: I’ve grown up with multiple dogs and dog sat for social workers and psychologists that I used to work for. I grew up with and took care of welsh terriers, wire fox terriers, and Scottish terriers. I’ve dog sat mutts, pit bulls, and Australian shepherds. I take great care to follow instructions for your fur babies and to treat them with love and respect. I currently am in school 2 days out of the week. The rest of the time I’m at home, doing homework, or cooking. Would love to help out homes in my neighborhood that want to make sure their pets get what they need! I follow the instructions to a T. You know your pets the best and what they respond to and not. I’m not here to experiment or try anything new. Just a fill in for you and what you would normally be doing.

About: My experience with animals goes far beyond pet sitting. I began volunteering at a wildlife rehabilitation center at age 10 and continued through age 16, which sparked my lifelong passion for animal care. I went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Wildlife Conservation and Ecology. I’ve also worked in multiple veterinary clinics as a surgical assistant and spent a year working in animal control. These experiences have given me hands-on experience handling animals, recognizing changes in behavior, following care instructions, and staying calm in unexpected situations. I understand that every pet has different needs, personalities, and routines. Whether your dog needs an active day, extra patience, medication or special care, or simply a safe and comfortable place to relax, I’m committed to providing attentive, knowledgeable care and treating your pet like one of my own. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine and is something I genuinely enjoy. I have the flexibility to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets in my care rather than treating it as something I squeeze into a busy schedule. My days can include walks, outdoor time, play, enrichment, and plenty of one-on-one attention, while also making sure pets have time to relax and feel comfortable. I’m intentional about keeping each pet’s normal routine as consistent as possible, including their feeding, exercise, and rest schedules. I also enjoy being active outdoors, so dogs who love walks and adventures will have plenty of opportunities to get their energy out! Whether caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, habits, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and any special instructions before their stay. My background in wildlife rehabilitation, veterinary clinics, and animal control has taught me how important it is to pay close attention to behavior and recognize when something is out of the ordinary. I’m comfortable handling animals with different personalities and energy levels and understand the importance of patience, supervision, and a calm environment. I also love keeping dogs active with walks, play, enrichment, and outdoor time when appropriate. Most importantly, I treat every pet as an individual and care for them with the same attentiveness and respect I would want for my own. I have my own fenced in yard and a large sized kennel in my home if needed.

For the past 3 years, we’ve been fostering with Rocket Dog Rescue, welcoming everything from tiny puppies just a few weeks old to large adult dogs into our home. We also regularly care for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs, from playful puppies to sweet senior pups. One of us is usually home throughout the day, so your dog will have plenty of supervision, attention, and companionship. About: I have been surrounded by cats since I was a baby. I currently have two cats and would love to take care of yours like it was mine! I was trying to make a cat only profile but I could not find the only option. I'm currently trying to build a playpen out of my garage to board cats only. Each cat will have a big size enclosure and have individual brakes to play and roam around the playpen by himself. I plan to keep them separate from other possible guest cats to avoid any physical confrontation. You can bring your own food, toys and bed. About: Hello my name is Aléna, I’ve been taking care of animals since I was little. Animals are so amazing to me and I love their personality’s. Looking forward to meeting you pet. My availability is really open, don’t have any dogs of my own, but grew up with them. I miss the connection. So I thought, I would put myself out there, to help service them. In my home I care for my cat Bella by giving her lots of love and making sure to keep her litter box cleaned and let her have her outside time around the yard. My cat Toby, I give him treats and try to teach him some tricks. Give lots of attention and time to play with his toys. He’s a little monster but I love him. Having a clean environment is not only necessary for your animals but yourself. I do the litter box multiple times a week.

About: Growing up, my family had a menagerie of pets. In addition to cats and dogs, we had everything from rabbits, chickens, horses, birds, both salt water and fresh water fish. Today, I keep a few species of reptiles and occasionally help my grandma with our two family horses. Looking forward to getting in my cat/dog time in with your pet! I'm widely available mon-fri during the days when most people are at work. While I'm less available on weekends, I am occasionally available on Saturdays. I like to meet animals where they're at and work from there. Whether that means going slow on walks or going to the park to run, is up to the dog. For cats, everything is on their terms also, it just looks different.
