For the past 3 years, we’ve been fostering with Rocket Dog Rescue, welcoming everything from tiny puppies just a few weeks old to large adult dogs into our home. We also regularly care for friends’ and neighbors’ dogs, from playful puppies to sweet senior pups. I walk daily, have a huge yard, and a pool for summer day care. My 2 kids have grown up with dogs in the home and love and them just as much as I do! I work from home and set my own hours, so your pup will get plenty of love and attention! I take a walks everyday and am a frequent flyer at the park. Day care hours: Drop off between 7-8am and pick up between 4-5pm. Additional time will have an added fee. If you need different drop off/pick up times, please let me know when booking! I have a huge fenced yard for getting zoomies out and soaking up sun. Besides daily walks to the park and play, I will make sure your dog is fed, stimulated, and loved.

She gave me a little tour of where my dog would be spending his time and asked questions about his needs/personality when I dropped him off. The indoor area is very specious and has a gate to separate some dogs from others based on temperament. My dog was showing signs of possessiveness over his toy so she was proactive about giving him his own space away from the other dogs. She said when the dogs weren’t outside playing he chose to spend his time right next to her while she worked. Lupe sent pictures and gave a recap of how he played well outside with other dogs and was fed separately.”

About: Growing up, my family had a menagerie of pets. In addition to cats and dogs, we had everything from rabbits, chickens, horses, birds, both salt water and fresh water fish. Today, I keep a few species of reptiles and occasionally help my grandma with our two family horses. Looking forward to getting in my cat/dog time in with your pet! I'm widely available mon-fri during the days when most people are at work. While I'm less available on weekends, I am occasionally available on Saturdays. I like to meet animals where they're at and work from there. Whether that means going slow on walks or going to the park to run, is up to the dog. For cats, everything is on their terms also, it just looks different.

I do have one standard poodle, who is super friendly and obsessed. I do have one cat who is a rescue from a hoarding situation and loves to play with dogs.We have a large home with all kids off to college. Animals sleep with us.
About: I took two years of Animal science where I learned how to administer medications and injections, perform pet CPR and First Aid, Restraints on all pets including livestock, and more! My daily/ weekly activity consists of being with family, playing with mine and others pets, and working at my part time job! I am free 24/7 for all pet care besides boarding! First, I would talk about it with the pet owners and see what the animal’s needs are. I would work with the already implemented schedule of the pet to ensure the pet is in routine.

About: I have had the pleasure of taking care of and being around pets my entire life! Since I was a child, I’ve cared for dogs, cats, birds, and fishes as well as other large animals! Over the years many friends, family members and neighbors have relied on me to care for their pets. I have over 6 years of experience with all dog breeds. I currently have a two-year-old Yellow Lab who is the sweetest pup I have ever had. She is extremely friendly and loving and is great with other dogs and cats. I currently have a pretty open schedule with my online classes, so I am home most of the time, dogs have access to the backyard at almost all times and are always being watched and monitored for safety. Dogs are taken on walks to nearby parks and around the neighborhood and rides around to the dog park. dogs are fed separately and are fed on a schedule and always have access to lots of fresh water. I have a fenced yard and a pool in the back yard. I am able to crate your dog if needed or per your preference. My lab is always ready to play or nap with your pup and will always keep them company!
