Overall we were really happy with Stephanie, who helped us out immeasurably while also juggling her work. Jo went well above and beyond while house sitting with our pup. Our senior dog had become a bit anxious with summer thunderstorms (and was probably sad to be separated from his little brother for our trip), but Jo picked up some extra supplies from her home. She distracted him with enrichment games, like a snuffle mat and licking pad. And of course gave him lots of good love along the way. Like many other reviews noted, she took good care of our home leaving it cleaner than she found it.
Dorothy stayed with our Labrador Retriever, Koa, for several days while we were out of the country. Everything was great! She was able to spend lots of time at home with Koa, keeping more or less the same routine that Koa has when we’re here. She also sent a few updates with pics. When we arrived back, the house was just as we had left it. Such peace of mind to find someone you trust with your “furry child” and your home! Dorothy’s terrific.

Ashley was great with our cowardly, slow to warm up dog. She watched her while we were on a long family vacation (2 weeks), sent tons of updates including cute pictures, and followed all our instructions to a tee and even fed our gecko for us, too. We would definitely use Ashley again.
It is impossible to express how fantastic Coleen is watching our 3 pets. She is patient with our elderly dog, and 2 aging cats. She has never let us down and goes out of her way to make sure that we feel at ease while away. I cannot recommend her enough. She is absolutely fantastic, and I guarantee you will never regret booking her to look after your precious pets.
Sergio went above and beyond for us! This was our first time hiring him and the big storms that we had caused some unexpected problems and Sergio really helped us with that as well. Our pets seem to have gotten very comfortable around him within a short period of time. We came home to all of our animals happy and healthy, our house in the shape that we left it in and he gave us peace of mind while away on a much needed family trip! Recommend and will definitely hire him again when/if he is available.
Ray was absolutely amazing, with our senior dog. He listened to all of my advice and took everything I asked him to do very seriously, took him on a very long walk to the forest like I had asked. Overall, I would higher Ray again in a heartbeat if i'm going out of town or just if I need somebody for the day.
Amber House and Dog sat for us, and we had an amazing experience. She was respectful of our home, our two labradoodles loved her, and she was a great communicator. She also sent us photos each day of them on their walks! We will definitely book again and highly recommend her.
