“I would highly recommend April! She took care of my cat for a week at my place while I was out of town. My cat Howie immediately liked her (like, leaped out of his tree to run and greet her) and I knew he was in good hands. I especially appreciated how flexible she was when my apartment building threw several curve balls at her. I would definitely book with her again.”

“Our Grace is usually standoffish and shy with new people but Kelly gained her confidence in only 2 days. I felt completely at ease while away that our kitty was taken care of. Kelly was always timely with visits and I really enjoyed her pictures and commentary ? Definitely recommend ?”

“Coleen was prompt, considerate, and took awesome care of my two shy cats. First experience with Rover, and Coleen's impressive care was a great intro to this service.”

“Joshua was excellent to work with! He sent picture updates every day and even brought his own laser pointer to play with the cats. We were so glad to leave Skamp and Oats in such good care. He also came and did a pre-visit with us to meet the kittens first. I am a bit of a helicopter first time cat mom and Joshua far exceeded my expectations and followed our somewhat over the top instructions with ease! Re: new automated litter box. :)”
“This is the second time I’ve used Rhianna to take care of my two cats. They are very shy, but she got both of them out of their shells and they were looking forward to seeing her in no time. She took great care of my babies and I would use her services again!!”

“Arianna watched my cat for a week while I was out of town and everything went great! I was new to the app and she helped answer some of my questions and worked with me to book the appropriate service at a very reasonable fee. My cat seemed to really like her, and I enjoyed seeing the pictures and comments in the visit reports. Someone also sent me a giant package while I was gone and Arianna went above and beyond by dragging it into my front entrance without being asked. Highly recommend!”
“Melanie has been regularly watching my cats for years. She’s incredibly reliable and I have peace of mind while I’m gone, knowing that they’re well cared for and that they comfortable around her.”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover based in Chicago with hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I currently volunteer with PAWS Chicago and Chicago Animal Care & Control, where I’ve worked with everything from high-energy puppies to nervous and reactive dogs. Through this, I’ve developed strong skills in dog body language, safe introductions, de-escalation, and building trust with dogs who need a little extra patience. I’ve also cared for dogs for friends, family, and clients over the years—offering walking, boarding, medication administration, light grooming, and basic training support. At home, I’ve raised and cared for my own rescue dogs, Starlord, Archie and Harlee, so I understand how important it is to have someone you can trust who truly “gets” your dog. Clients often tell me I’m the closest thing to them when they’re away—and that’s exactly how I approach every dog in my care. Whether your pup is social, shy, or needs structure, I tailor my approach to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. What I offer: • Experience with reactive, anxious, and high-energy dogs • Safe management of multi-dog households (or separation when needed) • Reliable, communicative, and attentive care • Basic Obedience Lessons If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like family, I’d love to help. I am currently a work from home mom so I am available to meet most schedule demands. This is also makes it easier to be available on shorter notices. Walks and drops in are available daily. The option for roller blading or biking also available. In home the option to be part of our daily life, with our two dogs and daughters is up to the temperament and request of the dog parents. We also have the ability to keep our guest dog separate from our current dogs at the request of the dog parents. Both crated and free range dogs welcome. In home our dogs often walk, bike, roller blade or hike nearby at the Des Plaines River Trail. We practice basic commands daily and enjoy structured daily toy time. This can be separate or together with our family as defined above.
“Yulissa did a great job of taking care of our two cats! I'm a slightly nervous pet parent and Yulissa was great about sending pictures and updates everyday. I felt much more relaxed knowing that I would be hearing from her about how my cats were doing.”

“Can’t say enough amazing things about Camille! She went above and beyond and was super understanding when we had a key pad mishap. She was extremely communicative and shared photos of everything she did. We felt very reassured our two cats were in great hands. Would highly recommend.”

About: I’ve often been told I’m a bit of a “dog whisperer” because pups seem to gravitate toward me, and I think it’s because they can sense my genuine love for animals. I’ve been a dog lover since childhood, growing up with 4 family dogs, and that passion has only grown over the years. I recently cared for my own senior pomeranian, who lived to 18, so I understand the patience, gentleness, and extra attention that senior pups need. On the other end of the spectrum, I know the energy and consistency it takes to care for playful puppies. Right now, I share my home with two spoiled rescue dogs, Chico (chihuahua) and Squeaks (tripod Pomeranian) who remind me daily how much joy and comfort pets bring into our lives and family. I have taught my dogs how to sit, stay, down, shake, come, and spin. So maybe I can even teach your dog some new tricks :) I also know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member at home. My goal is to be their bright spot while you’re away, whether that’s a walk, a potty break, or simply some kisses, belly rubs, and companionship. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to fit in drop-ins, potty breaks, quick walks (5-10) min, kisses and belly rubs during the day while you are away! Right now I only offer drop-ins, potty breaks, and quick walks for your furry babies. I do not offer any home services at my personal residence. If any service is requested outside of the normal services offered, I would be happy to help and discuss prior to my drop-in visit.
“Ashley has been a great sitter for our three cats. The cats are a bit of a pain and require a bit of effort and coordination to ensure they don’t escape or eat each other’s food. Ashley handled everything perfectly. She is also very responsive and gives detailed updates. We are repeat customers and will definitely ask Ashley to sit for us in the future.”

“Samantha was great with the cats. They let her pet them the first time she met them. She was very understanding of the complex situation I was in to have someone watch my daughter's cats.”

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and have years of hands-on experience caring for animals of all ages. I grew up with two dogs and later cared for two cats, so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and needs. Friends, neighbors, and family have trusted me to walk, feed, bathe, and spend quality time with their pets. I’m patient, attentive, and truly love animals, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. I’m especially willing to put in the extra time and care senior pets may need, whether that’s moving at a slower pace, providing extra comfort, or paying close attention to their routines. I understand how important it is for pet parents to feel confident and at ease, and I always prioritize safety, comfort, and happiness. I am currently a student, which gives me a very flexible schedule to care for your pets! I am completely free every weekday after 1:00 PM for walks, drop-ins, and evening playtimes. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, my classes finish even earlier, so I am available starting at 11:00 AM. My weekends are 100% open for boarding or house sitting. Because I'm home studying often, I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention and potty breaks they need. When caring for pets in your home, my top priority is keeping them comfortable and stress-free by maintaining their normal routine. I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, playtime, and any medications, making sure your pet gets the exercise, attention, and care they’re used to. I treat your home with respect by keeping it clean and secure, always double-checking doors and gates. I make it a point to give each pet plenty of love, attention, and interaction so they feel happy and secure while you’re away. I also communicate frequently and can send daily photo updates, so you always know your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for.
“Chris is my go-to sitter. My cat doesn’t like anyone except for me and she’s been warming up to Chris so well! Chris sends me THE BEST updates when I’m gone and actually spends time playing with my cat, which I love! She even threw out some problem-solving ideas when I left the state...with my keys! Book Chris!”
“Lillia was absolutely wonderful while boarding my kitten Petunia for two weeks! She was very attentive and followed Petunia’s feeding and medication schedule with great care. Lillia also kept me updated with pictures/videos and gave me daily updates. Petunia unfortunately had a couple of accidents while adjusting to a new environment, and Lillia was always very sweet and understanding. It’s clear Petunia loved her, and I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Lillia was the best, and I’ll definitely be booking with her again the next time Petunia needs boarding!”

About: Background: For the past six years I have dedicated my time to working with animals. When I was in middle school, my family adopted our first two dogs. Soon after, I started housesitting and walking family and friends' pets, igniting my passion. After seeing how rewarding working with animals was, I devoted my professional career towards working in an animal-related field. Relevant Experience: Since highschool, I have worked at two different dog daycares as an animal handler and dog trainer. I have also worked in animal shelters as a volunteer and employee. These experiences have given me the opportunities to work with dogs and cats of all sizes, ages and temperaments. I have experience medicating animals orally and through injections. As a dog handler, I became comfortable working with groups of dogs and recognizing body language in play. As a trainer, I implemented a positive-reward based training plan to work on basic manners as well as certain behavior adjustments. Lastly, working at animal shelters gave me knowledge of animal vaccines and medications as well as comfortably handling dogs and cats of any temperament. What I can offer: I offer dog walks, drop-in visits and pet visiting at the owner's residence. I am able to provide an active and loving environment for your animals while you are away, this can include any amount of exercise needed for your pet! While I am caring for your animal, I will be available to reach 24/7 in case of emergencies. I am also happy to answer any training and behavior questions you may have about your pets. I also have the covid vaccination and am willing to go above and beyond to make sure we are staying safe. I look forward to meeting and spending time with all your wonderful pets! We were happy to have Karolly visit our senior kitty Camilla. She took her time during her visit and made sure to make a great connection with Camilla each time. She was communicative and professional, and we felt confident in her services. We would definitely recommend Karolly!

I'm so glad I found Megan! She was the perfect sitter for Gordon and Diane. Her daily updates were thorough, the pictures were adorable, and she left my place immaculate. While I don't want to leave them again anytime soon, I would have Megan back in a heartbeat to watch my kitties.
