About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life. I have trained almost all my dogs since they were puppies. I have trained my own service dog. I have a passion for training dogs. I am currently retired, so I have plenty of time to play with and train your pup. I can take them for daily walks around the park as well. I have a fenced yard and a nearby park to take your dog for a walk. I have my own friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I have a cat, but if your dog does not like cats, I can isolate may cat from your dog. My big dog seems to have a way of knowing how to make dogs feel comfortable in our home. He knows when to interact with them and when to just leave them alone. I am retired so I have lots of time to spend with your dog. I try to schedule my activities around when I have dogs, so I can devote all my time to caring for the dogs. I have a fenced in yard. I always supervise dogs when they are outside. I try to set up play dates with a neighbor who also works for Rover. My husband and family members are usually around to play with and take dogs on walks. I am currently transforming my services to focus more on training sessions in my client’s home. My main focus is working with young pups and to start training from day one, although I welcome the opportunity to train dogs of all ages. My goals are to offer support to dog owners on how to properly train desired behaviors in their dogs. I closely monitor all dogs, especially during play. I train the dogs how to play appropriately with each other. I will only crate dogs if it’s for their own safety. The only services I do in a client’s home are training sessions with the client present.

About: I've been housesitting since 2010, mainly cats and dogs. Multi-pet houses don't bother me and I'm good at keeping with your fur kids' schedules. I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for. I adjust to their wants and needs and stick to their schedule. I'm low stress and understand that sometimes pets just need to warm up to you. As for my personal pets, there's four cats with totally different personalities that run the house (I just live there).

About: I have always had a kinship with animals. They do communicate and I listen. I had my first cat at age 5. From there, it was cats, dogs, birds and even a horse for me. As an adult, I have also had a rabbit. I work remotely full time. I prefer to also house sit and have a place to work. For dogs, I do a short walk in the morning and long one after work. On breaks , I check in with the needs of the animal. I make sure the needs of the animal is met. Not just food and water but attention. Do they need love or play time? I will be sure to know the current routine so we folllow it for stability.

About: I have grown up LOVING dogs. I mean who doesn't? They are loving, always there when you need them, and your best friend. I have a Lhaso Apso named Zuzu and a Golden Retriever named Daisy. Two different dogs, different sizes, and different personalities. I know how to navigate for both their different needs and cater to what benefits the most. I will do the same for your loving fur babies! Pet care fits wonderfully in my daily life and schedule! I am a very flexible person with a flexible schedule and am able to care for your pets whether it be morning, afternoon, or night. I care for pets at my clients home by always greeting them with love and a lot of petting and rubs on their tummy if they like that. I always get them excited to walk or play and make sure they are ready to hang out with me and receive my love.

About: I have been a pet owner since I entered the world. Most of my experience is with dogs, but I do have two cats. As of now, most of my pet-sitting jobs have been for close family friends. I am just starting on my Rover journey. I am a college student who is looking to help pay for my college expenses. Im currently working part time (weekdays). My availability is Monday-Friday any time before 12 and after 5pm. Weekends I am more flexible with my availability I take my dogs on a daily walk, puzzles and play with them. With my cat I play with her often and giver her puzzles.

About: Aside from having cared for my toy poodle for 12 years until he passed, I’ve also cared for pets for friends and family either during the day or entire vacation. Followed owners’ instructions and gave needed updates on pets’ wellbeing. I’m currently a full time student at community college Monday through Thursday, so while I am capable of being home in between classes, your pets will be able to have my full attention and care Friday through Sunday nights. I have a two story house with a fenced yard for your pets to play. I will abide by whatever instructions required to care for your babies, crate and frequently give potty breaks and walks. Aside from that, I would love to allow them to wander around and lay on the couch.

I live in close vicinity and I am able to walk with your dog when needed. I can purchase additional materials such as a portable water bowl and leash if needed! When walking pets, their safety and enjoyment are my top priorities. I use secure harnesses or leashes that fit well to ensure they are comfortable and safe during our walk. I pay close attention to their behavior and energy levels, adjusting the pace and duration of the walk to suit their needs. For energetic dogs, I provide more active walks, incorporating play like fetch if appropriate, while for older or calmer dogs, I keep the walk slower and more relaxed. I always stay aware of the environment, avoiding hazards like hot pavement, harmful plants, or interactions with unfamiliar animals unless the owner approves. I also carry water, waste bags, and treats to ensure their comfort and cleanliness. Additionally, I watch for signs of fatigue or distress to make sure they’re feeling happy and healthy throughout the walk.

About: I’ve always had an affinity for animals. I trained & loved my 2 yorkies until they passed in their golden ages. I now have a 1 year old yorkie boy named Aston he is fixed, and very friendly. I also have a son that is 11 years old and he wants more pets, so I figured this would be a win win if we opted to be caregivers to give our guy a play friend and share our love of animals. Although my son will play with the pets, I assure that this time will be supervised and I will be the primary responsible caregiver. I work from home, as a life coach and my son is home schooled via zoom with his teacher. We can easily accommodate caring for additional pets during the week. I have a large, open real grass lawn space that is fenced in for there safety. I also Have all hardwood floors, so it’s very way to clean up any accidents if any occur.
