About: I have been taking care of pets my entire life! I have had a variety of animals in my lifetime I including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, hamsters, rats, and fish! I will do my absolute best to make sure your pet is happy and safe while under my care! I am able to dedicate everyday to your pets! About: I've been housesitting since 2010, mainly cats and dogs. Multi-pet houses don't bother me and I'm good at keeping with your fur kids' schedules. I have and RVT license that is current and have been an RVT for over 10 years. I took a break from housesitting to work at animal hospitals, including a 24-hour critical care hospital in the ICU. Medications and medical treatments are no problem for me. I have an open schedule and am comfortable with either staying at your home for your pet's comfort, or I can visit everyday to make sure they are cared for. I adjust to their wants and needs and stick to their schedule. I'm low stress and understand that sometimes pets just need to warm up to you. As for my personal pets, there's four cats with totally different personalities that run the house (I just live there).

“From the beginning, Khyli was welcoming and showed genuine concern for my kittens. They're 9 months old and had not been anywhere since I adopted them 7 months previously. During the booking time when she had my kittens, Khyli was patient and provided explanations of how my kittens were doing. She sent pictures and videos. The reason for a 4 ranking instead of 5 was that Khyli would not let me see where she was keeping my kittens. Although it looked fine from the pictures and videos, I wish she'd said in the booking information that for security reasons, she would not let me see the apartment where she was keeping my kittens. Hearing that, I would have selected someone else. Because I was flying out that day, I had to leave them with Khyli during an outside the car transfer and hope they'd be ok. They were, but that's the reason I won't book with Khyli again. Again, my kittens seemed to be taken care of, but from now on, I won't book without visiting the home prior to the booking date.”

I'm like that helicopter mom who's always making sure my babies are safe and well cared for, and I will do the same for your pets. In the past, not only have I taken care of my animals, but I have also looked after strays walking through my apartment building. Especially during kitten season, mama cats need help the most. And if the neighbor's cat strays my way, I don't mind giving them a treat and some companionship, too. That's how I am with the furry ones; I'm there for them. I also want to point out that my services are for cats, but I would be more than happy to tend to your dog the same way if you have one at no additional charge right now.
