I am available from 9am-12pm and 4pm-7pm everyday for dog walking. I'm available all day, Tues-Thurs, Sat-Sun for drop ins and other services that I offer!

A typical day
For dogs, I love to take them on engaging long walks, sometimes to the park or beach if transportation allows. Play fetch in the backyard, trick training, and hiding treats in different places for engaging enrichment! All while giving lots of love and praise! For cats, usually playing with enrichment toys(laser, feather wand, etc.), give them time, space, gentle praise, and treats if the cat is anxious/distressed. Sometimes I will turn on cat tv for mental and instinctual enrichment. Gives lots of pets, cuddles, and love if the cat wants to be affectionate!

Pet care experience
My family has been petsitting family and friend's dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I also grew up with a family dog and several cats, being the one who mostly trained the dog in performative tricks. This exposure lead me to have a great interest in learning dog and cat breeds, hereditary diseases, and behavior/body language. I have 5+ years in the animal industry from pet supply to medical care. I have experience in administering medications and subcutaneous fluids, simple grooming(nail trims and brushing), and some basic puppy training.

Danyel took care of our 2 y/o juvenile Golden. He’s big and bouncy and she managed him well. She took him for daily walks. She may have spoiled him a little but he was well loved while we were gone. She sent us updates several times a day with photos, which was like a dopamine hit for us every day. The house was as clean as we left it when we got home. We’ll definitely use her again.
Danyel always takes amazing care of our dog and takes excellent care of the house, too. She is kind, respectful, and I always try to book her. Love how communicative she is, too. Highly recommend!
Danyel was absolutely amazing! This was my first time leaving my baby since I adopted her and I was quite nervous as she's anxious and high energy. Danyel was so understanding and communicative the entire time. She updated me with pictures and texts multiple times daily which alleviated all of my anxiety. Thumbelina(my dog) absolutely loved her and seemed totally relaxed. My apartment was spotless when i came back and I couldn't be more grateful. I will absolutely be booking with her again and would recommend her to anyone with animals themselves!!
Danyel took great care of our nervous rescue dog at our home while we were traveling for a week. She is very diligent about keeping us informed and is great at helping our pup become more confident as he explores the world and has new experiences. She is very gentle and loving with him and he loves her so much! And our home was well maintained and clean when we arrived home, which is a great plus too!
