“This was our first time using Rover and we were nervous pet parents. Kamie is FABULOUS. Upon first visit she took the time to get to know our kittens and spent time playing and bonding with them. She has been so thoughtful and caring in communicating with us while we’ve been away about how they are doing, sending photos, and sharing about their play time and visits. The kitties look genuinely calm and happy to be spending time with her. We are so grateful and Kamie will definitely be our go to pet sitter for all future needs. 😻😻❤️”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is mt attention to detail and my surroundings. When coming in and out of houses, I am aware of what doors are open so no pets get out. While on walks, I am checking for other animals so pets don’t dart out or get into an unsafe circumstance. I always prioritize safety and happiness while pets are in my care! I am a college student who works during the weekdays. Rover is another way for me to pick up extra “shifts” in between school and work! I will ensure all safety expectations are met while at a clients home. I want to make sure not only that they are physically safe but that all pets feel safe when I walk into their home!

“We cannot say enough great things about Joesph! This was our first time using Rover, and we were understandably nervous about having someone we didn’t know entering our home and caring for our cat while we were away for Thanksgiving. From the first message, Joesph went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. He was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, ensuring we felt reassured every step of the way. He sent us adorable photos of our fur baby during his daily check-ins. The images captured our cat looking happy (in his way), which told us he was in great hands. He followed all of our care instructions perfectly, and his communication was excellent—we never had to wonder how things were going. It was clear he genuinely cared about making sure our cat was well taken care of, and his trustworthiness made it much easier for us to enjoy our holiday without worrying. If you’re looking for a dependable, caring sitter, we wholeheartedly recommend Joesph. We’ll be booking with him again in the future!”

About: i’ve taken care and have lived with dogs for all of my life being a part of someone’s home and taking care of someone’s dog or pet is something I want to accomplish to give the owner a peace of mind to know their animal is in good hands. I work part time for a swim school, teaching kids how to swim for their safety. Once I’m home, I make sure my own animals get their love and attention. I can easily crate your dog if needed, and have a fenced backyard. In your own home would be most fitting however, and would provide proper pet necessities

About: I’ve owned dogs my entire life. I have trained almost all my dogs since they were puppies. I have trained my own service dog. I have a passion for training dogs. I am currently retired, so I have plenty of time to play with and train your pup. I can take them for daily walks around the park as well. I have a fenced yard and a nearby park to take your dog for a walk. I have my own friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. I have a cat, but if your dog does not like cats, I can isolate may cat from your dog. My big dog seems to have a way of knowing how to make dogs feel comfortable in our home. He knows when to interact with them and when to just leave them alone. I am retired so I have lots of time to spend with your dog. I try to schedule my activities around when I have dogs, so I can devote all my time to caring for the dogs. I have a fenced in yard. I always supervise dogs when they are outside. I try to set up play dates with a neighbor who also works for Rover. My husband and family members are usually around to play with and take dogs on walks. I am currently transforming my services to focus more on training sessions in my client’s home. My main focus is working with young pups and to start training from day one, although I welcome the opportunity to train dogs of all ages. My goals are to offer support to dog owners on how to properly train desired behaviors in their dogs. I closely monitor all dogs, especially during play. I train the dogs how to play appropriately with each other. I will only crate dogs if it’s for their own safety. The only services I do in a client’s home are training sessions with the client present.

“Jenny is the best!!! Always had our cat looking forward to her visits and we enjoyed the pictures/comments. Gave us ease of mind while we were away and she also looked after our snake!! The updates provided let us know our cats mood and eating habits.”

About: I’ve had pets in my life and I just love animals and I’m willing to take care of your pets when you’re busy and I’ll give them the best care and the most fun. I am very flexible I have a open schedule right now. Anytime works for me to tend for your pets on a walk, home visits or extra TLC In my own home, I took my dog out multiple times a day. Make sure he’s fed and cared for if weather permits taking them to the park or just having fun.

About: I love taking care of puppies depending on their size abd behavior. I avoid aggressive dogs. I am very patient and very organized with my environment and take my work seriously. I work basically 3 days a week and during my days off, I spend it at home with my daughter and cats. I also have a special room where they can sleep and play safely. At home, I have a special room for my cats. It has everything they need. Food supplies, play trees, litter boxes, pet beds, etc. I even installed an air conditioner to make sure they’re getting the right temperature inside the room. I clean this room everyday after work.

“Patrick took good care of our pets. He was on time and took pics. Going to book our next trip with him in a couple of weeks. We felt real comfortable leaving him in our house with our furbabies.”

“Ariana is amazing. She always kept us up to date if there were any change in her schedule. But most importantly, she loved our babies as much as we love them, and they loved her coming by. She is absolutely amazing and we will be contacting her again as needed.”

About: I've taken care of pets since I was 6 years old -- dogs, cats, fish, and even the occasional horse! I know how to assist with potty training, administer medicine, and keep a routine schedule if needed. I promise to help you take care of one of your most beloved friends and family. As a recent college graduate, I am currently looking for part-time work. As I settle back into suburban life after 3 years in LA, I'm available every day of the week (excluding weekends) to help you and your best friend. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I focus on creating a calm and safe environment. I stick closely to your pet’s routine (meals, walks, playtime, and any medications) so they feel secure and cared for no matter how long you’re away. I always keep the home clean and treat your space with respect. My mother raised me to leave a space exactly how I found it! During a sitting, I'll stay attentive to your pet’s mood and needs, offering all of my affection and enrichment to keep them happy and relaxed. For dog walking, every walk is safe and tailored to your dog’s pace and personality. And of course, I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can stay connected even when you're not home!

About: I’ve had pets for over 20 years both cats and dogs and feel very confident that I can read an animals body language and make them feel comfortable. Im currently working a full-time job but have plenty of free time on the weekends. I am pretty active and know about all the local dog parks. I typically allow my dog out ever 2-4 hours for potty and play time. I take her on at least two walks a day. She has three adults to care for her in my house hold so if on the weekend you need a similar level of care at your location, I would love to keep you fur babies exercised and spoiled with attention!

“Jill always takes such good care of my needy little fur babies. She even took an unexpected kitten added on to this sitting on such short notice. She's consistent, through, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about my cats. She learns their quirks and treats them well. Jill is amazing!”

About: Hi, I’m Amanda! I’ve owned dogs my entire life (from small to giant) and have 5+ years of veterinary work experience at an emergency animal hospital and general practice vet hospital. Comfort and safety of the pets in our care is a priority! I have years of experience pet sitting for a variety of breeds and ages... large and small, young and old. I’m willing and able to customize my care plan for any animal staying with us to their individual needs. I’d love an opportunity to meet with your furry friend and make their time away from you as fun and comfortable as possible! My pets are sometimes alone from 8-4 on days no one is working from home. On days we work from home the time alone is much shorter. I have crates, baby gates, a fenced in yard. Safety is my number one priority. So while my pups get to rest up while I’m away, I’m busy thinking about what fun activities we’ll do once I’m home. I have toys, enrichment games, parks, and so much more! I have 2 friendly dogs (one senior and one puppy), a gated off pool, and a fenced in yard. I have dog crates and baby gates to isolate off portions of the house. I also have an automatic water dispenser and can adjust easily as needed for pets in my care.

About: I’ve had experience with a variety of pets throughout my whole life. Since I was young we always had pets in our house. We’ve had chickens, puppies, senior dogs, rabbits, and a few others. This means that I have had loads of experience caring for and simply loving all different types of animals. In addition to all of this I’ve been pet sitting for a variety of my neighbors since I was ten. So I also have loads of experience caring for other people’s pets. I’m currently a high school student with no job which means I have a lot of time to effectively care for your pets. I am available most hours of the day, including weekdays, so I will be able to tend to your pets anytime needed. There are some days where I have basketball practice which would make me unavailable in the later hours of the day but I will still be available in the mornings. I ended my last year with a 4.2 gpa while doing extracurriculars. This shows that I am a very hard working individual that can be entrusted with the care of your pets. I also just love being around animals so you can trust that they will be loved like my own.

About: Hi there! I have over 8 years experience in taking care of dogs. From senior dogs that require detailed care, to puppies who have all the energy in the world. I'm an animal lover at heart. I have a Doberman myself and we keep an active lifestyle. He's my half-marathon training buddy! I can walk your pets early in the morning 6-9am to avoid the heat and after 5pm on weekdays and weekends. Available for boarding anytime. I'm a stay at home mom and can play and give your pets plenty of attention and play time. When I board pets, if they have their own bed/crate, I bring it into my room.
