About: Experienced dog & cat sitting of all ages. I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I work from home 5 plus years now, I have the flexibility for pet care. I also volenteer at a local cat adoption place walking distance from my home I can feed, walk & crate furry friends and sometimes have playtime at a park if needed. Per pet, I follow their specific routine for feeding, exercise, and medication, while also ensuring a safe and clean environment. Communicate with the owner beforehand.

About: I have grown up with many kinds of animals. I dog sat 3 pitbulls multiple times and leash trained each of them. I trained all of my family pets. And I also worked at a veterinary hospital for 3 years and learned a lot about animal care. I am currently available Monday- Friday after 4pm, and Saturday & Sunday starting at 8am. I currently work at a hospital and hours may be subject to change I do not provide services in my home due to a pet policy in my complex. But I am available for services in your home. I can follow a schedule to fit your pets needs and provide them with lots of love and care.

About: In addition to having worked via Rover for about six weeks (as of March '26), with many pleased recurring and one-time cusomers, caring for a range of dogs from a massive greyhound to a two-decade-old moniature almost at hospice-level care, I've taken care of two family dogs who became family members, one of which I rescued from a neglectful owner. I was a hands-on dad to my son, and as a single parent knew well how to feed and change him and care for him when he was sick. As a senior, I've the experience and "seasoning" to know what's important, whether it's an infant or child or a family dog, and how to see to it that the one in my care is well cared for, happy, and loved. Since the condo development where my wife and I live doesn't allow dogs, I take special pleasure in spending time with them at every opportunity. I come from a long line of dog lovers on my dad's side, and proudly carry on that tradition. I'm a retiree who does part-time volunteer work, both hands-on with elementary-school-aged children and legislative and policy advocacy on behalf of folks with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My other major activities are staying in shape and learning a foreign language. These part-time gigs, and the fact that my wife works part-time, leave me enough time to do some pet care. I cannot care for pets in my home, or for that matter have a dog, because the condo development where I live does not permit dogs. I care for dogs in their owner's homes, following their owners' lead, so to speak, and according to their owners' directives. Fortunately, this means that the dogs I care for, who know their way around their own turf, do not need to adjust to new environs. As a guest myself, I am naturally inclined to treat the home where I find myself with extra care and respect, more so than I would my own home.

About: I’ve been a dog owner for years and have cared for pups at every stage of life—from energetic puppies to senior dogs who needed extra patience, gentleness, and consistency. I’ve raised one dog through his puppy years and lovingly supported two others through their golden years, so I’m comfortable with training basics, routines, mobility changes, medications, and slower-paced walks when needed. Over the years, friends have trusted me with their dogs while they travel, and now that I have more space in my home—and a large, fully fenced yard—I’m excited to do this regularly. My dog, Ochosi, and I love getting outside for long walks and hikes, and I’m happy to tailor activity levels to each dog’s age, energy, and needs—whether that means an adventurous trail day or a cozy afternoon of cuddles. As a bonus, my roommate is also a longtime dog lover and former dog owner, so your pup will get extra attention and affection beyond just me and Ochosi. Between our household, your dog will be surrounded by care, play, and consistency while you’re away. As an empowerment coach, I work mostly from home, which allows me to be present with the dogs I care for throughout the day. I do have occasional workshops, classes, and client visits that take me out of the house part-time, but I always plan my schedule carefully so pups get plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship. Whether caring for your dog in my home or yours, I focus on keeping routines consistent, energy balanced, and tails wagging. I tailor walks, playtime, and downtime to each pup’s age and personality—from adventurous hikes to gentle strolls and cozy evenings. I know how important it is to trust someone with your fur baby, but rest assured, I will love them as if they are my own! I love to stay active so also willing to do frequent walks or play outside with your pet.
