“This was our first time with Ayanna, as our “regular” was busy. Always a little scary at first, we hate to leave our furbabies, especially with a new person. But Ayanna went above and beyond! It was clear that as soon as she was on-the-clock she was ready, doing everything we asked, and more. We loved that she was consistent with sending regular updates. When we got home the pets seemed very happy and well cared for, which was clear from the updates and photos. The house looked great too. We will definitely be seeking her services again. Thank you Ayanna, as soon as Day 1 started it was clear we could enjoy the time away with piece of mind that our furbabies were being well cared for. We look forward to working with her again! She confirmed a week before as well as the day before, arrived early and gave us daily updates with great feedback and cute photos. This was our first time using a sitter for an extended time so I had a bit of nervousness, but he was in the best hands! She was very responsive and provided regular updates, was timely, took great care of him with walks, dropping/picking up at daycare to maintain his regular schedule, cuddles, playtime and he even visited her home as well. And bonus, our apt was spotless upon return. Would absolutely hire Lili again and I know our pup will miss her.”
