He was very effective in taking care of Bandits' needs including some special medical foods and procedures required. And he's flexible -- he was able to also take care of my daughter's dog Brandy for some of the time while he was also taking care of Bandit. He also is an effective communicator and regularly sent us texts and pictures, as well as knowing when to ask questions if there might be a problem that arose. He's just very good. Sadyn stayed with our dog and cat for 3 days and nights. She was extremely conscientious and willing to do above and beyond the call of duty(water plants for example)..The house was in perfect condition when we got back and both pets seemed very relaxed and well taken care of.
