Pet care experience

Ready to care for furry homebodies

Having booked several Rover sitters for my own dog over the last few years, I understand how important it can be to allow a pet to stay in their own home while you're away. The sitters I met through Rover were vital to my dog's well-being and becoming a better pet owner—I aim to return that same level of care back to others. My most recent pet-care experience was with my late dog Sonny, who was 11 when I foster-failed. I am most familiar with handling separation anxiety, mobility limitations, and other senior dog quirks, but have also cared for younger dogs in the past!

Connie continues to be a wonderful sitter, very attentive toward our dog’s needs and reliable, following instructions carefully. She texted me frequently, complete with details and pictures. I would highly recommend her to sit your pet!

Connie was a wonderful sitter for our dog Jack! She was very professional, respectful of our home, tidy, and more importantly, very caring of our dog Jack. She is very communicative, regularly sharing photos and text updates of Jack’s feedings and daily walks/activities. She maintained his schedule and followed instructions carefully. During our travel, we experienced airport delays and fortunately Connie was able to stay overnight last minute! Thank you so much! We are truly grateful to have found a reliable and caring sitter! We look forward to booking her again! Thank you for taking such great care of him! He loves you! ❤️

Connie is everything you could hope for in a Rover sitter—transparent, communicative, and above all, deeply loving toward the animals in her care. As someone who has had the pleasure of living with Connie for years, I can confidently say she’s one of the most dedicated and loving pet caregivers I’ve met. She’s incredibly transparent and communicative. Her ability to adapt to changing schedules while keeping the animal’s well-being front and center is impressive. She works seamlessly with pet owners, showing genuine respect for our preferences and routines. Connie is a reliable and compassionate Rover associate, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone who treats your pet like family, Connie is the one!

Connie watched my 4 year old springer spaniel, Dottie for 4 nights recently. She sent me several updates per day and I think my dog was actually sad she left! Connie also stayed in my home and was a fantastic house guest. I’ll definitely have her watch my dog again in the future and will recommend her to friends and family looking for a sitter.

If your pet enjoys being out and about, with your permission, I can transport them in my car, equipped with a pet backseat hammock, car leash, and bed.

Where your pet will stay

Safety, trust & environment

Maintaining a sense of routine and familiarity for your pet(s) remains top of mind for all the services that I offer. I will tailor my care to your pet's temperament and energy level. I am privately insured through Pet Sitters Associates (policy effective until Sept 2026) and have received Pet First Aid/CPR training at 92NY (New York, NY) via Lifesaving Enterprises LLC (Bronx, NY) (November 2025).

A typical day

I'm most familiar with dogs that prefer being indoors and engaging in lower energy activities. However, if your dog is looking for more exercise, enrichment, and time outdoors, I can accommodate that as well. Please let me know what their preferred walking routes, parks, and activities are.
