I’ve also taken care of pets from friends and family each with their own particular routine so I can adjust quick to situations. Flexibility + Care I like to make sure my pets are taken care of and feel comfortable before i start my day. I like to go on walks and feel like having a furry pet can make it better for both of us. They get their cardio and I do too :) I work part time on certain days so it gives me time to stop in during the day or stay overnight. Since I'm on summer break, I have a pretty open schedule, but I do like to be upfront about my specific availability. I'm available Monday through Friday all day. On Saturdays, I'm available after 4:00 PM. I can also do evening visits, but I wrap things up by 10:00 PM. My schedule is pretty open until I start class the 28th of August. I will have class on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11am to 1:45pm and Fridays from 10am to 1:45pm. I know routines are really important to pets, so I'll work around whatever schedule your pet is used to, like midday walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening check-ins before bed. Consistency is very important! I only provide care in your home because I believe that pets are more comfortable in their own environment, with their own things and smells. I'm really careful with doors or any gates and will always make sure to double check every exit to make sure your pet stays safely inside. I will treat your home the way I'd want mine treated, I will clean up after myself, wash any bowls I use, and leave things tidy. I'll also send any updates/photos at every visit so you can see how things are going. I will also save your vet's contact info, just in case of any emergency. I always like to be prepared for anything.
About: I worked in a Doggy Daycare/Sitting Business called Bark & Purr, so I already have experience taking care and training many different dogs and cats. I am currently doing a side hustle job in landscaping! But the hours are very flexible, so I am free nonstop, especially during the afternoon - evenings. About: I grew up with a dog that we lost at age 15, then I adopted a senior dog who I had for five years afterward. He had a variety of health issues I had to administer medication for, including epilepsy and arthritis. In March of 2024, I adopted a puppy, so I now have experience with younger dogs as well. I allow drop off/pickup between 8AM and 8PM. I work from home full time, M-F from 9AM - 6PM. I can take your dog out to pee numerous times throughout the day and can take them on longer walks 1-2 times per day, weather permitting. I only board dogs who are fully house trained and can be left alone for a few hours at a time as I do not offer constant care. Please bring all of your dog’s supplies as I live in an apartment and don’t have extras: food, bed, treats, bowls, toys, chews/enrichment, leash and collar, and anything else you want to send them with to feel comfortable. I have poop bags and some toys they can share with my dog. I can only accept bookings with dogs who are friendly with others, as I have a dog of my own. If they do not seem comfortable together I have a baby gate I can use to separate them. My dog stays in her crate whenever I leave my home. Please note that I do not let dogs I am sitting sleep in my bedroom so they will be sleeping by themselves in whatever bed or crate you provide in my living room.
