About: Hello! I am an avid dog and cat lover. I often watch my family and friends pets but aside from that I managed a cageless doggy daycare for 3 years. I own two senior cats myself. I am attentive and flexible. Always available to do meet and greet in person or over the phone prior to my services <3 helps me and your animals get an acquainted! I currently own my own business that allows me plenty of free time. I’m available most days and nights on short notice. Happy to accommodate any schedule. I do travel out of state quite a bit for my job but I will let you know immediately if my schedule were to change. I have first hand experience in handling all sizes of dogs and temperaments. Including training with dog aggressive dogs. I have experience in administering meds and first aid for both cats & dogs.

About: My family has had pets my whole life, and I spent a lot of time taking care of them. I’ve always had an ability to connect with animals of all sizes (and attitudes)! One of my strongest suits when meeting a new cat or dog is to evaluate and understand their own specific body language. They can tell us what they need, we just have to listen! I know some pets take a little longer to feel comfortable around a new human, and I always give them the space and patience that they need. I work during the day at a school, so I’m mostly free outside of school hours. I am also off work during school holidays. I do have some evening and weekend activities, but I still have plenty of time to take care of pets. Routines are very important for animals, so I will do what is needed to keep those routines in place and make them feel happy in their own home. As long as I know what the expectations are, we are good to go!

About: I grew up around dogs & cats of all kinds! I have been a solo pet owner for 8+ years & have 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 birds in my home. I am able to care for reactive dogs, diabetic cats/dogs, and know how to operate an E/Collar. I work for Rover because being around animals is a passion of mine & I am always open to helping out! I have flexible hours during my work week (between 7AM-11AM and 2PM-9PM specifically) and I am available on weekends! Anytime after 6pm, I can be there for your pets. I live in a central enough location, so travel to different parts of the metro easy! If I come to your home to care for your pets, I am an avid runner & am sure to get those pups out & active. I am comfortable using treats as incentive & have worked with my own dog through reactivity, so ensuring your pet feels safe is important to me! If your pet stays in my home, I live close to Gray's Lake & Waterworks Park.. making it easy for us to get out and explore. For cats that may come stay with me, we've got large windows & a cat hammock for lounging!

About: My family had dogs growing up so I have some experience walking and playing with dogs. I also have had my cats for about 7 years. I work from home Wednesdays and Fridays and could easily stop in for check ins during those days. I love to go on walks to grays lake so definitely looking for a dog or two to take with me. I would prefer a set of rules for my clients pets so I would know best how to service their pet while they are away.

About: Born and raised a dog lover! I’ve have 5 dogs throughout my life that I have loved so dearly. I’ve grown up taking care of my friend’s dogs in HS and college. I love to go on walks, so why not bring your pup with me! I unfortunately do not have my own dog at this time with my significant other, but I hope to get one soon! I am a teacher who is taking a small step back in education to focus on my health. I know your dogs will help me A LOT during this transition, and they will be under great care. I currently live in an apartment in Des Moines, so I am also available for drop-ins to ensure your pup is comfortable at home! I am willing to travel to different to parts of the metro to help you and your pup!

About: We always had dogs growing up. I’ve had my own dog for 4 years. I love being around dogs and want to show yours as much love as I show my own. I work from home 2-3 days a week. I’m also available for overnight boarding depending on the night and weekends. Just ask if I’m available! I have a fenced in backyard. Your dog is welcome on beds and furniture. My house and property is very dog friendly for all types.

About: I've taken care of three dogs of my own for the last 3. My oldest pup turned 10 this year. I love learning each pups love language to best take care of them. I'm available for drop ins at your home as well as short or long in home stays while you're aware to ensure your dogs are well taken care of. About: I have grown up around Large dogs. I've been fortunate to have some of the most loving dogs to raise. It's one of the most rewarding things I have done I my life.Over the years I have done in home dog care. Availablity: week days, weekends I have trained all of the dogs I grew up with and my current dogs. I've had a certified therapy dog and I'm really proud of that accomplishment. I love playing with all pups and would be willing to work on any training aspects of your dogs needs if you would like. I enjoy spending time with dogs by going on long line walks in the woods, finding some water to swim in, or going to see the beautiful area of Grays Lake. I love all dogs of all ages and my back yard even has a ramp for my seniors to gently make it to my yard. Senior dogs have a very special place in my heart. I will have plenty of time to play with your pets. I can spend quite a bit of time with your dog if that is what you would like or I can do quick drop ins. Your dog is important to me. I have a fenced in back yard and two personal dogs who can help keep your fur baby busy if they want to engage. I am always watching the dogs when they are in the yard. Your dog will have access to a safe and clean yard. My yard also offers a ramp for senior dogs. It does have steps at the top and bottom. It offers a safe way for dogs to get into the yard.

About: I grew up with several cats and dogs as pets. At one point my parents had three dogs and a cat so I'm definitely used to taking care of several animals at a time. I now have a dog of my own that I absolutely love. I enjoy taking her on walks, chasing her around and playing tug with her. I have done Rover pet sitting for about 5 years now and I will treat your pets like family and care for them as if they were my own. Right now, I can take on drop-ins and walks throughout the day at any time. I can handle boarding at my place as long as your dog is good with other dogs, okay in a duplex setting, and good on walks. I have a fenced backyard to let them out to go potty and play, but will also take them on walks. I only accept one dog at a time since I have a dog of my own. My dog is reactive so we will have to meet to make sure they do okay together for boarding stays. I currently work full time 7:30-4:30 M-F but work remotely so have a flexible schedule. Let me know what you’re needing and I can see if it’ll work in my schedule. I will handle your pets with love and care. When I'm with them, I will give them all of my attention whether that be playing with toys, going on walks, giving them all the pets and belly rubs, or just making sure they eat and go potty. I do have a dog of my own so if you are booking a house sitting service, I will have to do some back and forth to take care of my dog as well or I can bring her along if your pets are good with other dogs. I can generally give potty breaks every 2-4 hours during the work week with my WFH schedule.

She sends lots of pictures with her updates which I have actually saved to frame in my house 😁. She is great about last minute drop ins and is able to accommodate me when I ask.”
