He not only took good care of our pet crew, they were all very relaxed and calm upon returning home & the pet action photos he sent us kept us connected. Our neighbors saw him out walking our dog several times, and he was fully committed to keeping Daario (dog) safe and well walked/sprinted. He took great care of our home, and picked up after himself like a pro. Great communication, easy to work with, and most of the pets warmed up to him on day 1 based on the photos.”

My flight was delayed over an hour & she stayed till I arrived & was safe to get back home to my doggies! & even though she has her own pup her grown boys are home w her own dog… bec she stayed w us the entire time! “Dawn was so caring and thoughtful in house sitting our dog Pretzel, and giving our cat Garby love while we were away. Our dog is very shy and takes a while to warm up around people he doesn’t know, so we weren’t sure about leaving him with an in-home pet sitter at first. But Dawn was so patient and committed to building trust with him, giving Pretzel the care and attention he needed. Even though he was a sulky boy, he was so much less stressed with Dawn there, and my family and I got to have a stress-free vacation in return. My dog is a rescue and is very nervous around other animals, so we have to have the dog sitter stay at our house when we can't take our dog with us. However, she warmed right up to Tina and they had a great time together. It was a 4 day overnight job. About: I have grown up caring for dogs and cats and I started pet sitting at 12 years of age! I am responsible, I pay close attention to small details, and I will love your pet like my own! I am a helper and want to make your life easier! Whether you’re gone at work or on vacation, I want you to know that your animal is safe and loved while you’re away! I currently have a flexible schedule and can do drop in visits, overnight visits, and dog walking! Right when I walk in the door, I’ll say hi and give the animal attention if they want it. I read the room to see if it will be a cheerful introduction or a more mellow hello. I make sure that all their needs are taken care of and that they get extra love before I go! I play ball and go on walks for fun exercise with the dogs! I play with cats and love on them too! I also know about animal behavior from past jobs and volunteer puppy raising for future service dogs, so I understand when an animal needs a break or a boundary made- with me or others.

I understand the unique needs of young pups, like training, socialization, and gentle guidance, as well as the extra attention and care senior dogs require, including medication administration and gentle exercise. Safety is my top priority, but I also focus on making sure your pet feels loved, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. I take my dog on daily walks, and I have free time to love on other pups too! I take care of my dogs as well as other dogs food, water, medication, and any additional needs they have. Sadly I do not offer boarding services at this time. I hope to in the future, but until then I'm sure your pup and I will have a great time in his own home.
