All dogs will be walked 2-3 times a day (weather permitting) for at least 30 minutes each walk, fed as needed, and provided with fun activities. We have a small, enclosed yard where your pup can enjoy some fresh air, sun-tanning, and additional exercise. We also have a beautiful greenbelt right behind our house where there is plenty of room for your dog to roam and play. I know first hand how stressful it can be to leave your 4-legged family member with someone (for both the human and the dog!) so I send daily picture/video updates during your pup's stay so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation! “Desiree did a meet and greet with my dogs the day w and she was so nice and bubbly. My dogs took to her right away. She listened to all my quirky instructions like they were normal! On the morning of the walk she arrived on time and kept me informed with pictures and details of the walk. I feel happy to have found her and on short notice too!”
About: I have owned and taken care of dogs most of my life, I am around family dogs most days of my life. I have cared for family/friends dogs both at their homes and ours for multiple weeks throughout the year. I work from home with a very flexible schedule that I make. I can create time to take care of your pet when it is necessary to I have a fenced in yard and your pet is free to roam around the house with us. I had a dog that recently passed away at 16 years old, the environment is very pet friendly.
About: I've been a sitter on this platform for several years. Serving the California Bay Area, and internationally (Thailand and Japan so far!) I've had mostly small to medium dogs and cats for years as family pets, also have experience with chickens and rodents (my kids had pet rats for years). I do not currently have pets, as am doing the van life thing and don't feel it would be right to have my own pet at this time, however I truly miss having pets, prompting me to sign up for pet sitting!
