About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I walk a malamute and husky a lot. I pet sit for smaller dogs too. I love walking dogs because it’s a good exercise for them I’m currently looking for a job so I have a lot of time to hangout and play with your animals and to care for them When walking dogs I walk them for an hour and I always bring water to make sure they get the water they need and don’t overheat

About: i’ve taken care of a range of pets since i was born from ferrets to raccoons, i love all animals and believe they all deserve to be treated with care. Every now and then I work on sundays or wednesdays in the afternoon, however i’m more than happy to work around it and come before or after! I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I always follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. Pets will receive plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision, and I’ll keep owners updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while you're away.

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. All while having two dogs myself! Looking to build a relationship with a few clients who need their pups walked daily/ boarded while they are away at work or vacation. My schedule is pretty flexible as of right now. Either my husband or I are usually home. If your dog is staying at my home, they will not be left unattended. We tailor our schedule to the dogs! I have a fully fenced in back yard and great places to walk in my neighborhood. I do not leave my dogs unattended while outside, so I can guarantee that I will always have eyes on your dog when outside.

Same-day booking is available and I’m typically available during holidays except Christmas. My own dog is small, calm, and well-behaved so he is not to worry about when interacting with your pet in my home during doggy daycare. The other dog I live with barks upon first meeting but otherwise does not act out. For day care: The house is large as is the backyard with plenty of room to run around. There is no fence but neither backyards flanking ours have dogs, if that is a concern. My family has no qualms about dogs on furniture so if your baby is a couch potato he/she is more than welcome. I do ask you bring your own leashes, food bowls, and food for your dog for day care. For sitting you can trust me to be prudent, responsible, caring, and dedicated to your pet's wellbeing, as well as respectful of your home's interior and exterior. I can bathe short-hair and medium-hair dogs up to 30 lbs as long as you have a detachable shower wand and your dog is not allergic to the chemicals in dog shampoo. Pricing depends on the size of your dog and extent of services requested. ≤10lbs = $10; >10lbs = $1 per pound (15lbs = $15 and so on).

About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades!
