About: I was a dog walker back in college and loved getting to see my animal friends on a regular basis. I have more experience with adult and senior dogs but I can’t say no to a puppy! 🫶 I’m available usually after 10am and can drop in anytime. I can be busy on afternoons during the weekends but I’m mostly around to help. Very flexible and am willing to work with you on the best care for your loved one. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life. I walk a malamute and husky a lot. I pet sit for smaller dogs too. I love walking dogs because it’s a good exercise for them I currently am still in high school I graduate in June so right now I’m available to walk dogs around 4pm. I drive so I can do a little far distance When walking dogs I walk them for an hour and I always bring water to make sure they get the water they need and don’t overheat

About: I love being with all animals and especially older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 25 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 15yr old pup. I have the luxury of boarding dogs at my longterm housesit in Grass Valley during the summers. I have owned many animals throughout my life and have experience with meds, subQ fluids, end of life, aggressive dogs/cats and finicky pets. I'll treat your babies as if they were mine! Everyday, any time. A typical day for dog care is a 1-2 hr walk/hike in the morning, chill/snack/play, and then one more 1 hr walk in the evening. We go to a different location for each walk! I will follow all directions given in writing on how to care best for your sweet baby. I can do walks, playtime, exercise, training, massage and reiki and anything else needed!

About: I have taken care of various dogs through the years. All sizes and ages. Usually love to take them on long walks and hikes around my neighborhood. I’m available to walk in the morning and afternoon. I am also available to take in pets for an over weekend or in home care. I like to walk dogs as often as I can or on very long walks. About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and bunnies. I have worked at two animal shelters caring for all kinds of dogs with many different temperaments. I have a wonderful 8 year old dog that I got as a puppy. I took him to training classes and socialized him so I have a lot of experience in this realm. I understand how important it is to provide a safe, loving environment for the animals in our lives. I'm currently in grad school at UVa and have more flexibility right now. I can be over early and stay late depending on your proximity. I am currently only accepting requests in the pets own home, so I trust the pet owners to provide me with the information I need to make sure your pet is safe and happy at home. About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

About: Having animals ranging in all ages since I was 5 has definitely helped but also helping friends and family since the age of 13 has been the best experience. I am available 24/7, our animals are just as important as us so I believe in having time for them whenever you or them may need it. Always following directions given by owner and doing thorough checks throughout the time I am with your 4 legged family. Staying aware of surroundings when out and about in walks.

About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.
