About: I love being with all animals and especially older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 25 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 15yr old pup. I have the luxury of boarding dogs at my longterm housesit in Grass Valley during the summers. I have owned many animals throughout my life and have experience with meds, subQ fluids, end of life, aggressive dogs/cats and finicky pets. I'll treat your babies as if they were mine! I can also share many reviews from other platforms upon request. I am always available to help you out with your fur babies anytime! I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. Everyday, any time. A typical day for dog care is a 1 hr walk/hike in the morning, chill/snack/play, and then one more 1 hr walk in the evening. We go to a different location for each walk! I will follow all directions given in writing on how to care best for your sweet baby. I can do walks, playtime, exercise, training, massage and reiki and anything else needed!

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, and all sorts of animals in our house. We would often foster animals growing up, and had two dogs in my childhood. My partner and I committed to a new doggo for us in August 2020 - a cuddly, loving Cavapoo named Bebe. I love being outside with her, and we frequently run together, play fetch together, and stretch together. I have also loved teaching and training her since her puppyhood. Potty training, sit, come, fetch, dance, down, roll over, walk, run, stay, big jump, up, down, and more. We have her crate trained and think that the mental stimulation in this regard is very important. I'm actually playing fetch with her right now! I am an Assistant Director at a summer camp and work 30 hours a week from home in the non-summer season. I generally take the dogs out in the morning for about an hour of fetch and stretching and morning poop, then do some training with them in my lunch break, and then go for a run or walk in the evening after I am done before dinner. I am neat, tidy, and responsible. I am an eagle scout, and was always taught to leave a place cleaner than I found it. :) If I am staying at a home, I will bring my laptop and work from there, and keep my routine similar to the schedule outlined above.

About: I've taken care of street dogs of my childhood neighborhood and now I'm the proud father of 2 beautiful girls. I have an affinity for dogs but cats seem to have an affinity for me 😂. I LOVE walking the dogs as it is a treat for me as well. Can't wait to meet your loved one! I'm available full time and I am ready to work with you and your schedule! I'm dedicating myself to this so I can accommodate for almost anything I have a fenced yard and 2 female dogs who are very friendly and get along with other dogs. There's a yard for them to run around and a river closeby we can walk to if you're comfortable with them getting a little wet.

I've had animals my whole life, with and without medical issues so I'm skilled at giving medicine and injections. I currently have 2 german shepherd mixes that love making new friends. About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! We don’t dog board due to having too many household members and pets already, but in your home they are taken care of exactly how they should be. With compassion and love.

About: Animals in my care are given lots of love and snuggles, clean food and water, mental and physical exercise, and a cozy bed near a human! I have taken care of many dogs for friends, family, and clients. Your pup will have a wonderful time staying at our farm on 1 fenced-off acre with another very friendly dog, Teddy Bear Tom. We have a large sturdy kennel in the garage upon the client's request. We prefer to have your fur baby with either myself, my husband, or my teenage daughter. Thanks for choosing us to take care of your precious pup! I am a full-time care provider for dogs of all ages. Your fur baby will never be left alone except when I take my potty break or prepare a meal. I supervise and actively play with the fur babies that I am taking care of. We have nap time together as well. Fur babies can play as much as they want outside as weather permits. They can snuggle inside the house if that's what they want to do. I am very in tune with and attentive to the needs and emotions of animals. Reading facial expressions and animal body language is a skill I have acquired. :) I have a tall fenced backyard as well as a large fenced dog run. I have two friendly dogs that your fur baby can play with. Your fur baby will have separate sleeping quarters (from my dogs) which have A/C, heat, a big bed, water bowls, and a sound machine. Potty Breaks and Outdoor time are as often as you prefer and as much as the weather permits. If your doggo is more comfortable relaxing inside, that's okay too!

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do.
