“Couldn’t have gone easier or any better. Kandra was exceptionally polite and attentive to my dog Hank. Hank apparently had quite the time with the other dogs, playing in the yard. He didn’t even want to get back in the car when I came and got him (lol). He had a little injury on his tail that Kandra made sure was kept clean and bandaged.
