About: I am a very intuitive, animal lover. I have been nurturing dog, cats and farm animals for many years. I am comfortable loving on and caring for all kinds of furry and not so furry friends… I'm available early mornings, afternoons and weekends (after 3:00pm) in addition to overnights. I'm flexible and willing to work with your needs. As I'll be coming to you, I am comfortable with all housing types and pet situations whether they are free to roam, indoor or outdoor, or crated.

About: i’ve taken care of a range of pets since i was born from ferrets to raccoons, i love all animals and believe they all deserve to be treated with care. Every now and then I work on sundays or wednesdays in the afternoon, however i’m more than happy to work around it and come before or after! I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I always follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. Pets will receive plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision, and I’ll keep owners updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable, happy, and cared for while you're away.

About: I have taken my mother's lab to trips to the groomer as well as getting her to be patient during bath time. I also taught her to wait for her food to be poured before eating, taught her a few tricks such as, sitting, speaking, and how to walk beside me appropriately on a leash without dragging. I only work part-time for the rest of the year, so my schedule is quite available. I have availability Mondays - Thursdays all day. I can also do overnight stays as well! I have my senior cat roam anywhere in the house, he is mainly outside. However, due to his old age, he is fragile and I don't want to change routine too much, he also needs lots of my attention and affection while I am home. I am willing to come to you instead! reducing the hassle of having to drop-off!

About: I am a college student who misses her pets at home and wants to spend time with others here! I have a special place in my heart for cattle dogs and pit bulls as well as cats and unusual animals (rats, anyone?). Growing up I frequently cared for my neighbors' pets as well as my own Aussie, cats, rabbit, and birds ensuring that all are clean, fed, watered, and happy. Now I'm doing the same thing with my fish, and hope to soon expand to your best friend! Due to the college life, I have a strict schedule but promise to do my utmost to maintain flexibility and faithfulness. Typically, I will have time in both mornings and afternoons to visit your best friends; it all depends on which days are free. I will work with you to ensure that your friends are safe and protected until you get back! I have experience with dogs who have attachment issues and need extra protection and care when their Person is gone and will always treat them with the utmost respect and care.

About: Available for lots of belly scratches & walks!! Previous experience with drop ins at a boarding facility while the owner would go out of town. I have always had dogs and believe they are truly man’s best friend. My sweet senior chihuahua passed away in 2025 and a few months ago my beloved shih Tzu passed away. We are not ready to get another dog just yet, so we would be honored to love up on your pup in the mean time. My dogs have always been the highlight of my husband & I’s life. I am a registered nurse, herbalist and student of homeopathy. My husband works from home and I work outside of the home on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays. I would love to chat with you regarding what I can offer and how I can help you and your dog(s)! My house has a fenced in back yard and I am close to a nature trail/walking path. My schedule is pretty flexible as of right now. Either my husband or I are usually home. If your dog is staying at my home, they will not be left unattended. We tailor our schedule to the dogs! I have a fully fenced in back yard and great places to walk in my neighborhood. I do not leave my dogs unattended while outside, so I can guarantee that I will always have eyes on your dog when outside.

About: I love being with all animals and especially older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 25 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 15yr old pup. I have the luxury of boarding dogs at my longterm housesit in Grass Valley during the summers. I have extensive experience caring for animals from all walks of life (pun intended), from senior pets who require some extra special attention to the many creatures that typically go unappreciated (especially those of the scaly or slimy variety). I'm not afraid to get down and dirty with pets and have endless patience and understanding when it comes to accidents, behavioral issues, or any of the other less glamorous aspects of pet ownership. I have over a decade of experience with dog, cat, and reptile caretaking, some experience with rodent and bird caretaking, and I am always willing to learn more so I may satisfy your pet needs to a T. I think of and treat pets like the family they are and am dedicated to ensuring and promoting their wellbeing; night or day, rain or shine, I will be there for you and your pets. My availability for daycare drop-offs/pick-ups is 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Drop-ins and all-day sitting (non-overnight) is 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For overnight services (currently unavailable) any start or end time is acceptable. Same-day booking is available and I’m typically available during holidays except Christmas. Currently I cannot stay overnight but can sit all day at your home multiple days in a row (I just need to go home to sleep). I provide undivided attention to pets and specialized care according to your instructions. My own dog is small, calm, and well-behaved so he is not to worry about when interacting with your pet in my home during doggy daycare. The other dog I live with barks upon first meeting but otherwise does not act out. For day care: The house is large as is the backyard with plenty of room to run around. There is no fence but neither backyards flanking ours have dogs, if that is a concern. My family has no qualms about dogs on furniture so if your baby is a couch potato he/she is more than welcome. I do ask you bring your own leashes, food bowls, and food for your dog for day care. For sitting you can trust me to be prudent, responsible, caring, and dedicated to your pet's wellbeing, as well as respectful of your home's interior and exterior. I can bathe short-hair and medium-hair dogs up to 30 lbs as long as you have a detachable shower wand and your dog is not allergic to the chemicals in dog shampoo. Pricing depends on the size of your dog and extent of services requested. ≤10lbs = $10; >10lbs = $1 per pound (15lbs = $15 and so on).

My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! We don’t dog board due to having too many household members and pets already, but in your home they are taken care of exactly how they should be. With compassion and love.

About: My name is Secret. I am 31 and was a vet assistant for 5 years before medical issues forced me to stop working in vet offices. I've had animals my whole life, with and without medical issues so I'm skilled at giving medicine and injections. I currently have 2 german shepherd mixes that love making new friends. One is very energetic and pmayful and does best with dogs who love to play. In my free time I love to walk the dogs on pur 10 acre property or down to the creek we have, read, write, go to the ocean, and camp. And of course anything involving animals! I am new to California, and originally from North Carolina and Massachusetts! I am currently a cosmetology student during the week but have flexible availability in the evening and early mornings as well as weekends! At home my dog get plenty of cuddles and recommended exercise, my bunny gets nightly cuddles and dark room for 9-5 to get rest. About: I have been housesitting and pet sitting for about 6 years now. I love dogs and I have one of my own! I am a very active person so I enjoy going on walks and playing with dogs. When I was about 12 I started to train CCI dogs and I love it so much! I have trained 4 dogs already. I am very familiar with giving pets medication if needed. I love being able to care for others pets because of how much I love my own. I want to provide you with the most thoughtful and loving care to your pets! I am currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I do have some school obligations but those are also only two days a week for minimal hours.
