About: I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting from a very young age. Today I share my home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 pet rat. I completely understand the worry that comes with leaving your pet in someone else's hands, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. Responsible, patient, and gentle by nature, I have a deep love for all animals Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, and I also offer evening availability throughout the week. I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so that every pet I care for gets the time and attention they deserve. During every drop-in visit I make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I will take dogs out for a walk, spend quality playtime with both your dogs and/or cats, refresh their food and water, and clean up any messes they may have made while you were away. About: I have taken my mother's lab to trips to the groomer as well as getting her to be patient during bath time. I also taught her to wait for her food to be poured before eating, taught her a few tricks such as, sitting, speaking, and how to walk beside me appropriately on a leash without dragging. I only work part-time for the rest of the year, so my schedule is quite available. I have availability Mondays - Thursdays all day. I can also do overnight stays as well! I have my senior cat roam anywhere in the house, he is mainly outside. However, due to his old age, he is fragile and I don't want to change routine too much, he also needs lots of my attention and affection while I am home. I am willing to come to you instead! reducing the hassle of having to drop-off!

About: I love being with all animals and especially older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 25 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 15yr old pup. I have the luxury of boarding dogs at my longterm housesit in Grass Valley during the summers. I will follow all directions given in writing on how to care best for your sweet baby. I can do walks, playtime, exercise, training, massage and reiki and anything else needed!

About: Not only do I have 2 fur babies over 75 lbs making me experienced but I also have done a lot of training with them both. King had extremely bad separation anxiety and after months of training he’s become a lot more independent and calm making us both much more happy. If you’d like me to do some basic training with your pup while you are away on vacation, I can definitely do so. No worries if not, I’ll give your fur baby lots of love and play time! I know how hard it can be to go on vacation away from your babies but I will be making this time for your pup so much fun with walks, play time, and love! I also have cared for chickens, ducks, reptiles, and would be open to learning how to care for more of your farm animals! i am available mostly every day, reach out and I can let you know if it doesn’t work for me but it most likely will! I can crate train if you have a crate in your home (I cannot provide). I can also do basic training (sit, lay down, stay, etc..) if you would like, you must provide treats as I know many have food allergies.

About: I have extensive professional experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals. I recently reactivated my Rover profile to expand my network since relocating! I’m skilled and intuitive about animal emotional and physical needs and have many references to offer. In addition to professional animal care, I took care of my beloved special needs cat Tails until he passed away at a very elderly age in 2023. My experience includes caring for senior animals and animals that require special care and/or medication. I have some light experience caring for farm animals (sheep, chickens) and would be comfortable learning more. I only offer care for pets in your home, and unfortunately cannot board animals in my own home at this time. I take the utmost care and caution while being a temporary companion for your animals. I require that all of the families I pet sit for leave adequate emergency contact information, such as vet info and emergency contact info if you will be out of cell phone range. A NOTE ABOUT BIG DOGS: Lately I have been getting a lot of requests for big dog care, which I absolutely love! However, please note that I am a 5’3” lady and therefore best suited to care for big dogs with a fair bit of training under their belts. I unfortunately cannot accommodate big dogs who are frequent jumpers. If you know this is true of your dog, I’m not the best fit. I also, unfortunately, cannot accommodate sleeping in the same room as big dogs or sleeping with them in the bed. Even though I love them! I’m just a light sleeper. About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

I am currently working as a veterinary assistant in PV. My schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30/9:00am to 5pm. If your pet is able to be left home while I work then perfect! Otherwise I am fully available for long weekends. :) In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet. Any opportunity to play and have some fun, we’re doing it!
