About: I was a dog walker back in college and loved getting to see my animal friends on a regular basis. I have more experience with adult and senior dogs but I can’t say no to a puppy! 🫶 I’m available usually after 10am and can drop in anytime. I can be busy on afternoons during the weekends but I’m mostly around to help. Very flexible and am willing to work with you on the best care for your loved one. Please give me clear instructions and i will be keeping you updated as much as you’d like, via texts and phone calls as needed.
About: I have loved and cared for animals my entire life, starting from a very young age. Today I share my home with 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 pet rat. I completely understand the worry that comes with leaving your pet in someone else's hands, which is why I treat every animal as if they were my own. Responsible, patient, and gentle by nature, I have a deep love for all animals Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I am available for drop-in visits and walks Monday through Friday between 9am and 3pm, and I also offer evening availability throughout the week. I keep my schedule intentionally manageable so that every pet I care for gets the time and attention they deserve. During every drop-in visit I make sure your pet gets the attention and care they deserve. I will take dogs out for a walk, spend quality playtime with both your dogs and/or cats, refresh their food and water, and clean up any messes they may have made while you were away. I treat every home I enter with the utmost respect, leaving things just as I found them
“Nicole is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, trustworthy and super sweet! She is helping me integrate our new dog by going on parallel walks. I plan to go out of town in a few months, and will definitely ask her to dog sit!”

“I’ve been meaning to write a review for Anna for a while now but life got hectic! I’ve used her quite a lot in the last few months for both dog sitting at my place and random walks here and there. Anna is so sweet and gentle with my senior dog who requires daily meds, diaper changes and just the overall sensitivity and care senior dogs need. She keeps my place nice and clean and is respectful of my space while she is there. She is quick to respond and sends daily updates on my Benny. We are so glad we found Anna and will continue to have her be our number 1 dog sitter.”
“Dillon seems to be a dog person by nature—intuitive with my Australian Shepherd and clearly knowledgeable about training and working with dogs with reactive traits. I am so happy to have found her and feel great about working together in the future.”

About: Having animals ranging in all ages since I was 5 has definitely helped but also helping friends and family since the age of 13 has been the best experience. I am available 24/7, our animals are just as important as us so I believe in having time for them whenever you or them may need it. Always following directions given by owner and doing thorough checks throughout the time I am with your 4 legged family. Staying aware of surroundings when out and about in walks.
About: I have taken my mother's lab to trips to the groomer as well as getting her to be patient during bath time. I also taught her to wait for her food to be poured before eating, taught her a few tricks such as, sitting, speaking, and how to walk beside me appropriately on a leash without dragging. I only work part-time for the rest of the year, so my schedule is quite available. I have availability Mondays - Thursdays all day. I can also do overnight stays as well! I have my senior cat roam anywhere in the house, he is mainly outside. However, due to his old age, he is fragile and I don't want to change routine too much, he also needs lots of my attention and affection while I am home. I am willing to come to you instead! reducing the hassle of having to drop-off!
“Aicha was really great with our very senior dog. she got him out and walking and he seemed very happy to be in her company. I'm glad she was free to take care of him while we were at work.”

“A++++ Requested her in the evening- first walk ever, and she was here within 30 or so minutes and lives 20 miles away! Very nice and friendly and my dog is very apprehensive of others because she isn’t socialized much. She handled her excellent and my dog can’t wait to have her back again!! Very professional, kind, smart, hard working young lady. Definitely our go to person from now on!!”

“Stephen is very friendly and communicative letting you know exactly when he will arrive. He is great with our yellow lab finding ways to help with his pulling on walks. I would highly recommend Stephen for your next dog walk!”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
