About: I love being with older and disabled animals. I have my experience from working in Animal Shelters for about 2 years, doggie daycares, pet crematories and also petsitting for different companies and myself over 20 yrs. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 14 yr old pup. About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. All while having two dogs myself! Looking to build a relationship with a few clients who need their pups walked daily/ boarded while they are away at work or vacation. About: Since 2023, my paid experience has included overnight and daytime home stays, for up to 24 hours at a time or weekly. Imagine a Mary Poppins for your beloved pets who provides the social and emotional support to buffer you during long getaways. Two walks daily, if needed, by forest or urban trail. I am here to ensure the proper amount of exercise. I am here to guide the fun, support the snuggles, and provide proper nutrition. Multiple types of animals welcome. I have passed numerous background checks as an elementary school substitute teacher. So I have full availability overnight, on weekends, and for extended periods between Nevada County and Placer County. I usually stay a week or more with fur babies. You can relax knowing I am keeping the utmost care and safety of your animals and home. References on request. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. Topics will include where the pet feels most comfortable such a calm spaces or crating procedures. I make sure to go over emergency contacts and preferred clinics. Also, I keep a clean environment that ensures the safety of pets for food handling.

About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! About: Been a proud owner of goats, cats, chickens, reptiles and dogs. I've had experience in the veterinary field, worked with and cared for livestock and house pets. I am currently working full time as a CNA, my schedule is kinda wacky. I work PM shifts from 2:30pm-10:30pm, on a four on and two off rotation. In my own home I have reptiles and three cats and one older dog around. If your pet is staying with me or I’m keeping them company in your own home, I always am engaging with the pet.
