About: We absolutely love animals, and want to share our home and fenced yard with your pooch. We understand what it’s like to leave your dog with someone else while you’re away; we will treat your dog like a member of our family. I (Diana) grew up on a farm with lots of different animals and dogs, and understand how each one has their own fantastic personality. Just let me know what they need, and I can do it. We’ve had puppies, older dogs, big dogs, small dogs, and everything in between! My tween/teen kids are kind and fun with animals, and will provide even more love and attention for your dog while they stay with us. Thank you for trusting us with your favorite furry buddy! We primarily work from home so we can spend a lot of quality time with your dog. We have a Newfoundland-poodle mix of our own, so our daily routine is already focused on dog care (feeding, walking, letting outside, etc). Just let me know what your dog needs! We also have goats, chickens, outdoor cats, and a couple of feral peacocks that hang around the property. It’s a pet paradise. 😊 We have a large fenced yard and a big goofball named Hoagie to keep your doggy company. We will love and care for your dog as if he/she was our own, because that’s what we would expect for Hoagie while we’re away. We have extra pet beds, food and water dishes, etc. Our yard is perfect for a game of fetch, a sunbathing session, playtime with Hoagie, or just a great sniff. We’re happy to have your dog sleep in one of our bedrooms, take them for walks, and give them all the love.

About: I grew up around dogs my entire life, we’ve always had various pets in our household from bunnies, rats, ferrets to German Shepard’s, pit bulls and chihuahuas. I’m always home on the weekends, usually just chilling in bed watching movies, or go for a nice walk on the beach or in downtown. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions! *Please do not book with me if your dog cannot be left alone during the day. I work from 6a-3p during the week and I have a small apartment so I cannot have them barking the entire time I’m gone. Thank you for understanding* I do work during the weekdays but I work close to my home so I can always come home on my lunch to give midday potty breaks if needed. I have a consistent schedule and am usually home by 3/4pm. Dogs are kept separated when I am not home and I also have 24/7 camera on my apartment so I can always keep an eye on the dogs when I’m not there.

About: I have had every assortment of pets since I was a little kid. Lots of experience watching dogs, cats, horses, etc. from young to old! My schedule is a typical Monday through Friday nine to five so I am available outside of those hours. I’m happy to pop in for morning and night feedings or walks. About: As a cattle dog owner, I'd like to think I have a special set of skills for crazy babies. I have always had rescues and fosters in my home. I have been fortunate to work with foster pets from the Caribbean and Mexico as well, each of these often came with health issues. I have experience with pregnant dogs and cats as well! If you are interested in having your pet stay over, know I have two very friendly dogs. They have both experienced having guests and foster pets in the house as well. Tolerant and obedient. I have multiple rooms and baby gates for separation and quiet time. In general, I am a very active and outdoorsy person! So i am happy to take the pets out to the trails or the lake! I live on 10 quiet acres with a fenced yard. There is ample space to play outside or be kept safe and warm inside. I am fortunate to work from home. I have the ability to provide care all day and night for your pet! I walk each morning and evening and have the option to take your pet out for a walk or a play on the property in both fenced and unfenced areas. I have an older dog who is very arthritic so I am used to caring for the elderly animals as well. Pets in my home have their own room if needed. I have plenty of space for crates. I have a large gated deck and live on 10 acres on a quiet road. My own pets walk daily with me along my road which works well for easy elder dog walks as it is shady even in the summer. It also can provide great training ground as there is little traffic. For the high energy babies, we can play fetch or take to the trails nearby. I have always had rescue pitties so I am comfortable with big cuddly babies. I adopted a cattle dog pup who had clinical anxiety which has taught me how to care for highly intelligent, high energy dogs as well. Treats, love, and confidence makes for a happy dog!

About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I want to clarify during our visit if you need care at the 2-hour, 4-hour, or 6-hour interval beyond the overnight stay of 7 pm to 7 am. Communication is key! I will send daily pictures or updates. For best prevention, talking about the details with the owner and ground rules produces the best results. I am a full time traveling pet/housesitter with my 15yr old pup. I have owned many animals throughout my life and have experience with meds, subQ fluids, end of life, aggressive dogs/cats and finicky pets. I'll treat your babies as if they were mine! Everyday, any time. A typical day for dog care is a 1-2 hr walk/hike in the morning, chill/snack/play, and then one more 1 hr walk in the evening. We go to a different location for each walk! About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! As an active retiree, I don't have any pets currently, and the house is empty and waiting for my next furry friend! I've cared for everything from dachshunds to a Bernese Mountain Dog. I love cats, but I want to watch them in your home, not mine. Happy to house-sit, work overnight shifts, and care for senior dogs and puppies. Although I don't have a fenced yard, I do have miles of walking trails and parks in the community, as well as an electronic fence for any dogs that need unrestricted access to a yard. I am fully retired and spend my days caring for your pets. Rarely will your important pet be left alone, if at all. I used Rover with my senior dog, Tucker, for over 5 years and met some wonderful people. It was a relief to me when I traveled, knowing my best friend was also enjoying his time in a safe, loving home. Now I meet new animal friends every week, and it feeds my soul and theirs. Your fur baby will have a dedicated sleeping space, feeding space, and unlimited access to our yard, depending on your needs. Full access to the entire house. I encourage you to bring toys, pet beds, crates, and any other items that will make your cherished pet comfortable. We are comfortable giving medication to older dogs, working with young puppies, and customizing our days to fit your pet's regular routines (such as walks, feeding, medication, and brushing). We have access to a private dog park, but we only go there after discussing it with you in advance. Note: we have an unfenced yard but use sound/ vibration to alert your pup if s/he is trying to escape. No electricity involved, just moderate stimulation. Most dogs learn the boundaries very quickly and without any discomfort.

“I was nervous having to use this app for my dogs to stay the night at a strangers house. My original plans fell through. Hailey not only accommodated my last minute plans so I could still go on my trip, I completely messed up the booking and she had no clue problems accommodating this as well. She gave me updates throughout the visit. I was so happy to hear my dogs got along great with her dogs and kids. She used her best judgement on when she introduced the dogs which all I wanted was for her to be comfortable. I did tell her my dogs go to daycare 4 days a week so I know my dogs are well behaved but you still never know. I will definitely be using her again.
