“Ashley is not only experienced and reliable but incredibly caring and a true animal lover. She kept an open line of communication with me and put me at ease while we were away leaving our puppy. My neighbor saw her in action and gave her a nickname “Dog Whisperer”! Thank you so much for all the pics and taking great care of our baby!”
“Sophia is professional, timely and she easily engaged with Nori. Nori who is a headstrong Portuguese Waterdog puppy loved Sophia. I highly recommend Sophia’s services.”
About: 👋🏼 I have taken care of pets starting at the age of 6, where I grew up with my dog Maui along with horses, cats, chickens, parakeets and fish (even had a period where I took care of some mice). I was responsible for feeding and exercising, giving medication and bandaging any wounds, along with the normal love and care put into pets. I’ve had the pleasure of watching friends and acquaintances animals as well over the years. I treat each pet according to their specific needs as I know every pet is different. I’m a professional runner, so my time is flexible. I am currently able to walk, house sit or feed at almost any time of the day or week. I have 3 dogs at home that are both inside and outside dogs. They sleep inside and I take them to the park regularly, and when they need a bit more vitamin D I let them in the yard to sunbathe. While I don’t offer boarding, during house sitting I will keep your pets routine as close as possible to their normal schedule.
“She can be available upon request. Which is excellent for those of us that are working on the run. She is reliable consistent and very attractive to our animals. Our animals love her will work with her and enjoy her companionship. She is lovely and friendly to the adults. And very responsible to the welfare of the animals. I hope you all enjoy her as much as we have in a last-minute need.”
“Eric takes care of Gracie (golden doodle) and Millie (the cat) every day. He is kind and loving and compassionate. He is very patient, even during the puppy stage and potty training. I trust him with our furry family members.”
“I have known Lois for the past several years, having met through a walking group, SacFit. We’ve shared many walks, including a marathon, all offering the opportunity to talk and get to know someone. I consider her a dear friend and easily bonded over our love ❤️ for dogs. She dearly loves German Shepherds, having been a pet mom to 4 Shepherds over the years, starting when her now grown children were young. They were members of the family and I was most familiar with Schubie, who she and her husband recently lost at age 12. Lois spoke often of walking Schubie, who loved his walks and Lois found joy in seeing his alert, happy, and curious self. Schubie was well mannered on and off leash, with the former being a testament to Lois’s concern for Schubie’s safety. Lois is a kind, compassionate, responsible, and gentle human being, who values family, human and animal, and helping. I so value her openness to listening and her easy going, friendly and warm communication style. I was so happy to learn of her interest in becoming a dog walker through Rover. This seems an ideal fit for Lois 😊🐾🐾 It was my absolute pleasure and honor writing this testimonial for Lois. Melody”
“I have known Nancy for years but only recently started using her as a dog/house sitter. She is great with my dog (a chihuahua who can be a bit high maintenance) and she's a great house guest. She will make your dog feel very loved and snuggled!”
“Amanda was amazing! She was great with communicating with us and keeping us updated. She was very friendly and reliable. We would definitely rebook with Amanda in the future!”
About: I've been the go-to pet sitter and caregiver for family and friends since my teen years (over 20 years) and I'm excited for the opportunity to expand and care for pets in our community! I have strong attention to detail and intuition when it comes to animals. Over the years, I've worked with a variety of dog breeds in all sizes, and my personal experience with bully mixes and shepherds has allowed me to become a great caregiver for pets with special needs and/or behavioral "differences". ;) For example: -medications -insulin injections -subQ fluids -food aggression -walking and social behaviors I also care for cats (I had mine for about 23 years!) and have experience caring for reptiles such as snakes and lizards, and farm animals too. I work online or 3-5 hours at a time in-person with other clients, so I'm available throughout the day for check-ins, feeding, playtime and walks! In my pet clients home, I'm available to let pups in or out as needed. I would leave them in designated areas (yard, crate, etc.) And follow rules and procedures set by the family and spend quality time with your pets.

About: I’ve had pets since I arrived into this world and they’ve been a part of my life ever since. I have many years of experience being a mom (humans and pets!). I will interact and socialize with your pet and love them unconditionally. My life has led me from the ocean to the mountains, allowing me to work from home and create a flexible schedule. I'm available to get outside and help you walk your fur baby. I also live on a large property and can help with drop in day care. I'm available on weekends (F - SU) and also on Wednesday's to walk your babies or stop by your home to care for them. Occasionally, I can help on the remaining days of the week so feel free to ask! I have two fur babies of my own: Felix (11 yr old ) & Dusty (1.5 yr old ) who get along good with other dogs. I'm very easy going and will treat your pet with respect and love. It is my hope that through time, I can build a trusting relationship with your pet alleviating stress while mom and dad are away. I can also be flexible around your schedule if you have odd hours. I do not bring my dogs on walks with your pet however, if you need day care, my boys are present. If my dogs (or my son's dogs!) could speak - they’d tell you they are spoiled with lots and lots of love!
About: *Testimonials in pictures!* Hi there, I’m Tayler! I’m a HUGE animal lover and have an abundance of hands on experience caring for animals. I worked at a doggy day care for two years as well as at a Veterinary clinic and have even ran a successful doggy daycare out of my house in the past! I have taken several pre-vet courses throughout my years of college and am able to administer all medications. Growing up,I have always had and been surrounded by animals in my house and even through college adopted two large dogs of my own who are my everything and spoiled rotten. I have over 30 referrals/recommendations from previous owners I have sat for and am happy to answer any questions you may have! I have met so many amazing families and have gained the sweetest fur nieces & nephews through dog sitting, it is truly therapeutic. I can promise you with every ounce of my being that your furbabies are in the best hands and will be loved on like they're my own. After a crazy past year of fighting stage 4 cancer, I am blessed to finally be able to get back to doing the things I love. (Spending time with animals is definitely at the top of that list!) While I have always done Rover alongside my full time job (moreso for the doggie lovins rather than income), I currently have a completely open schedule and want to take advantage of the opportunity to make my full time "job" taking care of your fur babies! The safety and happiness of your pets are my top priorities. I will strictly follow your instructions, paying attention to the small details, as no one knows your pets better than you do. It is crucial for me to maintain your fur child's normal everyday routine especially while you are away and there is a new hooman caring for them. I will send you frequent updates and lots of photos so you can see they are safe, well taken care of, and getting plenty of lovins while you are away from home. I can assure you I will be talking to them in a baby voice the entire time, making sure to let them know you will be back soon and how good of a dog (or cat) they are!
“I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have found Angela. I work long hours and knowing she is spending time with my babies makes me so much less stressed.”
“Marissa has a huge, loving, kind heart not only towards people but also towards animals. She is very attentive to her dog and to others that she has watched. She is a true dog lover. Marissa is the type of person that would have a ranch with hundreds of dogs and would know each one by name and all their needs.”
“Dillon seems to be a dog person by nature—intuitive with my Australian Shepherd and clearly knowledgeable about training and working with dogs with reactive traits. I am so happy to have found her and feel great about working together in the future.”
“Whitney has taken care of my dogs over several years. They love her. She is responsible, loving and trustworthy. I am sure they like her more than me! One of my dogs, a Chihuahua, has a heart condition and she had to administer medication on a schedule and did so. Our other dogs have been over 100 pounds and she's been great with all of them. I highly recommend her for all of your pets.”

“Katie is great with animals and very trustworthy. You can count on her to take good care of your fur babies and/or your home. I've been friends with her for many years and know she is a dependable person”
“I highly recommend Kelly Mayer as a responsible and loving dog caregiver. My two dogs, one is a Chihuahua and the other a terrier mix, simply loved her. She came with a few treats and toys they both immediately gave her their attention. While walking them around the neighborhood and park, she was so loving, attentive and careful with them when around other dogs and children. The Chihuahua loves to run and play and I was pleased to notice that Kelly is very strong and athletic and could handle his energy very well. I especially loved how she would play, brush and massage them. She gave them belly and back rubs and they now remember that she is a person who can be trusted. I am so blessed I found Kelly as she will be my forever dog walker and caretaker.”
