We have a giant yard and play area and a small stream that our dog loves to romp in and out of! We will take walks, water and potty breaks and supervised play time to keep your fur baby happy and pampered. Our yard is partially fenced but your pets will always be supervised and on leashes while outdoors unless you as owners give permission to take off leashes. We are located in a scenic neighborhood on a closed road, with access to walking trails/dog trails to keep your furbaby well occupied and happy!! ❤️🐶🐾🐶❤️ My husband and I are both semi retired. We will be able to love and care for your furbaby the majority of the time they are in our care and give potty breaks as needed. On Thursdays we care for our 3yr old grandson, so if we care for your pet they must be good with children. We also have pet beds, bowls, and toys available, or you may bring your own if your pet prefers. :)

About: I've been the go-to pet sitter and caregiver for family and friends since my teen years (over 20 years) and I'm excited for the opportunity to expand and care for pets in our community! I have strong attention to detail and intuition when it comes to animals. Over the years, I've worked with a variety of dog breeds in all sizes, and my personal experience with bully mixes and shepherds has allowed me to become a great caregiver for pets with special needs and/or behavioral "differences". ;) For example: -medications -insulin injections -subQ fluids -food aggression -walking and social behaviors I also care for cats (I had mine for about 23 years!) and have experience caring for reptiles such as snakes and lizards, and farm animals too. I work online or 3-5 hours at a time in-person with other clients, so I'm available throughout the day for check-ins, feeding, playtime and walks! In my pet clients home, I'm available to let pups in or out as needed. I would leave them in designated areas (yard, crate, etc.) And follow rules and procedures set by the family and spend quality time with your pets.

About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! We don’t dog board due to having too many household members and pets already, but in your home they are taken care of exactly how they should be. With compassion and love.

About: I've taken care of animals my entire life and veterinarians as well as clients have trusted me with their pets for the last 6 years working as a veterinary nurse. I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of dog breeds and behaviors. My experience allows me the knowledge to provide the best care possible including administering special treatments or medications when necessary. I am passionate about animal wellbeing so much so that I have my Bachelor's degree in Animal Science from UC Davis and am pursuing a career in veterinary medicine! I work 4 days a week at a veterinary clinic with three days off. For pets that need a check-in or midday potty break during shifts, I am happy to visit on my lunch breaks! About: My family has owned pets all of my life. Part of the duties for my first high school/college drop included taking care of my bosses four dogs. They included walks, play time, and grooming mainly. I'm not currently working, other than helping with my grandma when she requires, so I have all day free to walk, or play with, or check in, etc with pets. I have a 9 year old cat (Millie) that likes to keep to herself and an 18 month Goldendoodle (Gracie) who is super friendly and LOVES to play. I have a small yard that is not fenced, but a small porch that can be fenced that Gracie likes to hang out on when the weather is nice. I have a large living room with plenty of open space to play in. Plus a variety of walking routes around the house that Gracie loves to go on.

Same-day booking is available and I’m typically available during holidays except Christmas. Currently I cannot stay overnight but can sit all day at your home multiple days in a row (I just need to go home to sleep). I provide undivided attention to pets and specialized care according to your instructions. My own dog is small, calm, and well-behaved so he is not to worry about when interacting with your pet in my home during doggy daycare. The other dog I live with barks upon first meeting but otherwise does not act out. For day care: The house is large as is the backyard with plenty of room to run around. There is no fence but neither backyards flanking ours have dogs, if that is a concern. My family has no qualms about dogs on furniture so if your baby is a couch potato he/she is more than welcome. I do ask you bring your own leashes, food bowls, and food for your dog for day care. For sitting you can trust me to be prudent, responsible, caring, and dedicated to your pet's wellbeing, as well as respectful of your home's interior and exterior. I can bathe short-hair and medium-hair dogs up to 30 lbs as long as you have a detachable shower wand and your dog is not allergic to the chemicals in dog shampoo. Pricing depends on the size of your dog and extent of services requested. ≤10lbs = $10; >10lbs = $1 per pound (15lbs = $15 and so on).

About: Hi! I’m Kylie, a dog-mom of 2. I’ve always had dogs and cats in the family, and now I have my own two to call my own! I have two large breed dogs with tons of energy ~ we’re big hikers, swimmers, and snow-goers in the winter! I walk and run my dogs daily. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to have multiple days off and help other pet parents in their busy lives/schedules! I work a rotating shift schedule, therefore I have 4-5 days off every week! I care for my own two dogs, however on my days off I would love to help others busy animal parents make sure their pets are home and we’ll take care of! I have a fenced in yard for my dog - although I will only be offering services to walk people’s dogs/dogs visits for dogs and cats at their home, as my dogs are a bit territorial!

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

About: I've been taking care of animals for a little over 5 years including my own animals. I have 1 dog and 1 Guinea pig. I used to volunteer for Mollys Militia which was animal foster/adoption center. During my volunteer hours I would make sure the dogs were fed and had water and were always in good condition living their best life. I am currently looking for a at home job to help with the convenience of staying home with my dog and caring for every other animal that would come into my care. I have a fenced yard that my dog loves to run around in. My dog is friendly towards other dogs. He is also neutered and well trained.
