About: Animals have pretty much always been a part of my life! I grew up always having an animal in the home, and most people who know me jokingly describe my house as a zoo. Currently, I have one dog, two cats, and a fish tank, so caring for animals is genuinely just part of my everyday life. I also spent two years working at Petco, where I got hands-on experience with all kinds of animals, including reptiles, birds, fish, and small animals. I know every pet has their own personality, quirks, and routine, and I love getting to know what makes each one special. Whether your pet has fur, feathers, fins, or scales, I’ll make sure they get plenty of care, attention, and love while you’re away! 🐾 I’m currently working as a substitute teacher so I can come by before school and after school so think anytime before 7:30 and after 3pm. About: I have had pets my whole life, and my mom is a veterinarian. I currently have 3 dogs, a desert tortoise, and a bearded dragon and have taken care of goats in the past so I am comfortable taking care of any pet. I am currently working at Target on Bell Road. I am able to take care of pets at your house or take them for walks, but may need to leave them for 4-8 hours on some days. I hope I am a good fit and I can't wait to take care of your furry family members! I am able stay at your house but because I work at Target, I may need to leave the house for 4-8 hours every day. I am able to accommodate whatever your pet needs. And I am comfortable with crate training pets and giving oral medications. Since my Mom works in the veterinary industry she is available if I ever have a question about a pets care.

About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. About: I have cared for and loved animals since I was a little girl. I was raised in a house with dogs of all types and have continued to have them in my life. I have two rescues, a 6-lb sweet female chihuahua and a 30-lb shy male terrier mix, that love to be around other dogs but who also are submissive to and respect other dogs’ needs for their own space. Having been a zookeeper and vet tech, I have worked on training various critters, as well as cared for elderly animals that need special attention or medications. I work from home with my husband full time and we are always ready for fur baby snuggles on our couch and bed. We also live near a canal and trails, so dog walks are very frequent in our home. Because we live farther away, we are also willing to come do pickups to keep you from having to drive to us, but we understand completely wanting to see where your pups are staying. I work from home nearly full time except Tuesdays, but my husband is home full time everyday. I am an early riser and can do early walks/pickup/potty breaks. As we are working on house projects due to this being a new and first home purchase, we are home a ton on the weekends too. If I am staying at your home, I can arrange to be there constantly because my husband is home to care for my pups. I don’t have a fenced yard, but live very close to a dog park that is fenced. I also have a canal trail right off my driveway and we walk our two dogs on it all the time. My two babies are extremely sweet and friendly with other dogs. I am an extremely tidy and organized person, so whether your pup stays with me or I come to your home, I can guarantee I will always leave things as good or better than I found them. Also, if you have any last-minute travel issues, I can almost always adapt to host longer to make sure you don’t have to stress about what will happen to your pup.

About: i’ve taken care of a range of pets since i was born from ferrets to raccoons, i love all animals and believe they all deserve to be treated with care. Every now and then I work on sundays or wednesdays in the afternoon, however i’m more than happy to work around it and come before or after! I provide a safe, clean, and loving environment for every pet in my care. I always follow each pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, exercise, medications, and any special instructions. Pets will receive plenty of attention, playtime, and supervision, and I’ll keep owners updated with photos and messages for peace of mind. About: I grew up in a home full of 5+ dogs at a single time! I have 8 years of experience in both the child care and pet sitting fields so I am extremely patient. For years I have used Rover myself to receive pet care for my own dog, so I understand the trust you will be putting in me. I will treat your fur-baby as one of my own while you are gone! I’m currently home full-time with my 3 year old son and our 9 year old dog! I have experience distributing medication and will follow your instructions meticulously! We have a home with a backyard for the dogs to play in! Brutus has a lot of toys and actually enjoys sharing them! Potty breaks can be every 0-2 or 2-4 hours, depending on what your puppy needs. Brutus is extremely friendly with different types of dogs but I can also separate them if that is what you request! Since I have a three year old son, I do require meet and greets before I pet sit any new dogs! I also require the dog to be gentle and have no prior aggression towards children. I only watch one dog, or multiple dogs from one home, at a time. I believe that trusting someone to watch your fur babies while you’re gone can be tough so I want to ensure that they have my full attention, love, and care!
About: Hi! I’m Kylie, a dog-mom of 2. I’ve always had dogs and cats in the family, and now I have my own two to call my own! I have two large breed dogs with tons of energy ~ we’re big hikers, swimmers, and snow-goers in the winter! I walk and run my dogs daily. I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to have multiple days off and help other pet parents in their busy lives/schedules! I work a rotating shift schedule, therefore I have 4-5 days off every week! I care for my own two dogs, however on my days off I would love to help others busy animal parents make sure their pets are home and we’ll take care of! I have a fenced in yard for my dog - although I will only be offering services to walk people’s dogs/dogs visits for dogs and cats at their home, as my dogs are a bit territorial!
About: Having animals ranging in all ages since I was 5 has definitely helped but also helping friends and family since the age of 13 has been the best experience. I am available 24/7, our animals are just as important as us so I believe in having time for them whenever you or them may need it. Always following directions given by owner and doing thorough checks throughout the time I am with your 4 legged family. Staying aware of surroundings when out and about in walks.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and pets since as long as I can remember, whether that be my own or my friends and family! I personally have a dog of 14, with a few health issues (including joint issues and blindnesss) so I’m very comfortable and understands with other dogs with those issues, and how to handle and take care of them well! With also having dogs my whole life I have experience some experience puppies, and while I’m not trained myself, I do remember some tips and tricks for starting their training! I’m currently only in school for a week days a week, so I have plenty of time to drop in and play with your dogs, or take them in a long walk to tire them out ! I have sat dogs with needs like kennels, and special food times and needs, so I’m understanding with their routines and how they spend time when I’m not with them.
About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was about 5-6 years old. This includes cats, dogs, and fish. I am able to care for puppies, kittens, and elderly animals. I can assist in different types of training for younger animals, in basic commands such as “sit” and “leave it.” As for elderly I am able to handle any sort of medications needed for the pet such as pills, eye and ear ointments, dental hygiene. I’m currently working part time, leaving me available practically everyday! I can find time in my schedule to work with your pets and make sure they get taken gave of. I would be able to come over and take dogs or cats for walks, engage in play time activities, feeding sessions, mess control, cleaning up after going potty, including cleaning litter box, and brushing the pets.I’ll take out any trash that might be made by myself or the pet and clean up any messes made such as vomit, feces, or urine. If certain pets need stay separated during play time or feeding, I will take the appropriate precautions and actions to ensure that they are kept separate.
About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! We don’t dog board due to having too many household members and pets already, but in your home they are taken care of exactly how they should be. With compassion and love.
About: Hello! I’ve been loving and caring for local pets for around 25 yrs. Some pets were young pups and kittens; some were older seniors. I specialize in petsitting at my clients homes. My longest pet sitting job was 3.5 weeks while the owners were in Italy. I have many referrals. I’ve taken care of miniature horses, Friesian horses, and a pig. (We have a lot of rural homes in Auburn area). I’m retired from a construction accounting job. We’re gladly at home most days! My shedule is flexible; if you have an emergency need for pet sitting, I’m your gal. I prefer to petsit at my client’s homes. The animals rather appreciate this. I like to meet the animal(s) before sitting so when I arrive, we have a connection. I give the animals plenty of one-on-one attention. This may include doggy massage to calm them and get to know them. Lots of walks if they like that. Potty Breaks every couple of hours to begin with, as they’re sometimes nervous or have stomach upsets. I’d like to know your favorite names for them, what your routines are, rituals, their favorite things to do. I’ve also stayed with animals after their surgeries to monitor when the owner has to work.

She made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough. My dog had a great time. When I picked him up he was very happy and relaxed. He shows his stress and there was none just a very happy and tired dog from all the playing he did. He snored the whole way on our long drive home. About: Animals have pretty much always been a part of my life! I grew up always having an animal in the home, and most people who know me jokingly describe my house as a zoo. Currently, I have one dog, two cats, and a fish tank, so caring for animals is genuinely just part of my everyday life. I also spent two years working at Petco, where I got hands-on experience with all kinds of animals, including reptiles, birds, fish, and small animals. I know every pet has their own personality, quirks, and routine, and I love getting to know what makes each one special. Whether your pet has fur, feathers, fins, or scales, I’ll make sure they get plenty of care, attention, and love while you’re away! 🐾 I’m currently working as a substitute teacher so I can come by before school and after school so think anytime before 7:30 and after 3pm. I also babysit part time so my scheudle can be a little busy. I’m happy to work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for you and your family. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll follow their normal routines closely, pay attention to their individual needs, and make sure they’re in a safe and secure environment at all times.
