It’s a pet paradise. 😊 We have a large fenced yard and a big goofball named Hoagie to keep your doggy company. We will love and care for your dog as if he/she was our own, because that’s what we would expect for Hoagie while we’re away. We have extra pet beds, food and water dishes, etc. Our yard is perfect for a game of fetch, a sunbathing session, playtime with Hoagie, or just a great sniff. We’re happy to have your dog sleep in one of our bedrooms, take them for walks, and give them all the love.

Hailey not only accommodated my last minute plans so I could still go on my trip, I completely messed up the booking and she had no clue problems accommodating this as well. She used her best judgement on when she introduced the dogs which all I wanted was for her to be comfortable. About: I've owned and cared for animals since I was 7. From feeding , walking, grooming and playing/exercising with dogs, to pet sitting. About: My love for animals started growing up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania. I would bring home and animals that I thought needed a loving mom and home. I have owned many animals throughout my life and currently have two German Shepherd Dogs. I used to work more than a full time job a Sheriff's Deputy and employed many dog walkers for my pets. I grew more disappointed and frustrated with every dog walker not providing the care I expected or requested. I'm a full time student now finishing my bachelor's degree and have become a stay at home dog mom. About: I grew up on a large family farm with all kinds of animals. We recently had two senior Shih Tzu's that each had their own special needs. After the loss, we are ready to open our home to new pups! We love all dogs and animals of all kinds. Our property is a large 3 acres. Our large backyard is fenced. We enjoy hiking and long walks. My husband works from home so there's someone always here for potty breaks, snuggles and treats. We do have one friendly, easygoing cat. Your dog must be comfortable around cats. We are happy to give medications or whatever special needs that you might require. My husband works from home and we are generally homebody people. I work about 32 hours a work. I am usually at work at 10 am and home by 5:30 pm. Our cat is self-sufficient and has his own bathroom space with his automatic food feeder and litter box. This limits dogs from being cat box curious.

About: Hi, we are Molly, Massimo and Zali. We've had dogs in our families and had taken care of pets of all kinds since we were kids. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on us to walk, feed and care for their pets of all shapes & sizes. We use positive reinforcement for training and pride ourselves on having trained Zali & other dogs basic commands, to walk both on & off leash, plus some fun party tricks. While she is a large and playful dog, she is able to match any dogs level of excitement and play.

About: We are a family full of love for pets! My Husband has volunteered at Sammies Friends walking dogs, and at home we have three indoor-outdoor cats, and a Chihuahua named Bella who’s 10 (my Daughter’s). We had to put down our 14-year-old chocolate lab named Yotis a few years ago, and was my Husband’s best friend! My Son’s 12 year old German Shepard Zani passed a couple years ago as well, and she was the best dog addition to this family. We have always had dogs and cats in the home, and all are friends with each other and they each have unique personalities! We have a dog park nearby as well! The oldest cat I have had was a tabby named Chica, and got her at 8 weeks old when I was 16, and she was 15 when she passed!!! Our pets are our fur family and we love them all!!! Kids are all grown up now, and my Husband is gone a lot as a Fire Captain, so I am more than willing and available to housesit dogs and/or cats in your home. It’s a great opportunity to meet new people and pets. My Husband works 3 days on, 4 days off and likes to help with your pets as well. He is a Dog Whisperer, and I am the Cat Lady! We love taking nature walks, and have both been on Rover since before COVID in 2019. I am available at any time due to my kids being older now, amd we don’t currently have a dog of our own. I love getting out of the house and exploring new neighborhoods and areas especially during Spring and summer. We have resided in Nevada County for decades! The other dog I live with barks upon first meeting but otherwise does not act out. For day care: The house is large as is the backyard with plenty of room to run around. There is no fence but neither backyards flanking ours have dogs, if that is a concern. My family has no qualms about dogs on furniture so if your baby is a couch potato he/she is more than welcome. I do ask you bring your own leashes, food bowls, and food for your dog for day care. For sitting you can trust me to be prudent, responsible, caring, and dedicated to your pet's wellbeing, as well as respectful of your home's interior and exterior. I can bathe short-hair and medium-hair dogs up to 30 lbs as long as you have a detachable shower wand and your dog is not allergic to the chemicals in dog shampoo. Pricing depends on the size of your dog and extent of services requested. ≤10lbs = $10; >10lbs = $1 per pound (15lbs = $15 and so on).
About: I started taking care of friends' and neighbors' dogs after retiring in 2024. My lifelong love for cats and dogs of all shapes and sizes is now my daily passion! Your fur baby will have a dedicated sleeping space, feeding space, and unlimited access to our yard, depending on your needs. Full access to the entire house. I encourage you to bring toys, pet beds, crates, and any other items that will make your cherished pet comfortable. We are comfortable giving medication to older dogs, working with young puppies, and customizing our days to fit your pet's regular routines (such as walks, feeding, medication, and brushing). We have access to a private dog park, but we only go there after discussing it with you in advance. Note: we have an unfenced yard but use sound/ vibration to alert your pup if s/he is trying to escape. No electricity involved, just moderate stimulation. Most dogs learn the boundaries very quickly and without any discomfort.

About: Some of my earliest memories are of taking care of Queensland Heeler puppies in my outdoor playhouse. My parents were breeders & ever since then I’ve had a very special connection to dogs! I have taken care of many different types of furry friends from puppies to seniors, from chihuahuas to Belgian Malinois. I have also fostered rescues in my home from time to time. All while having two dogs myself! Looking to build a relationship with a few clients who need their pups walked daily/ boarded while they are away at work or vacation. I am a new stay at home mom so my schedule is very open & flexible! I have a fenced yard and plenty of space for your pet and mine to run and play! About: I have always grown up around animals and absolutely love them and getting to know their own personalities. I have had cats and dogs and a bunny! I can’t wait to meet your fur babies! I am new to California, and originally from North Carolina and Massachusetts! I am currently a cosmetology student during the week but have flexible availability in the evening and early mornings as well as weekends! I will treat all animals with patience, love, and compassion but if needed I can be stern. At home my dog get plenty of cuddles and recommended exercise, my bunny gets nightly cuddles and dark room for 9-5 to get rest. Every animal starts their days bright and early and ends their nights with cuddles and love.
About: I have been pet sitting for friends/neighbors since I was 12 years old. I grew up on a farm & raised dogs and kittens. This naturally led to a love of animals-- my first job was at a vet hospital where I stayed for several years & trained to become a vet tech. In this role, I also house & pet sat for clients. I can design my day around needing to arrive at your home for specific feeding or walk times as needed. I can come to your home for pet sitting and/or dog walking services. When I walk with a dog, they are always on leash. When I watch your pets, I am here to attend to their needs and your requests. I am very attuned to animals’ needs and how they communicate. I love to curl up on the couch and snuggle your fur baby if that’s what they want. I’m also just as happy to get on the floor to play with your pet, whether that’s with their toys, laser pointer, etc.
About: I have been around dogs my whole life. And I have been pet/house sitting since I was 14. I am very well with animals, as I live in a farm and have a dog and cats myself. I will care for your animals like they’re are my own. I am currently a college student with an open schedule. I like in Grass Valley but go to school in Rocklin. So I am down in the Rocklin and Roseville area a lot. I would care for them like my own. I love to play with them, cuddle with them, and I will give them treats if allowed.

We primarily work from home so we can spend a lot of quality time with your dog. We have a Newfoundland-poodle mix of our own, so our daily routine is already focused on dog care (feeding, walking, letting outside, etc). Just let me know what your dog needs! We also have goats, chickens, outdoor cats, and a couple of feral peacocks that hang around the property. It’s a pet paradise. 😊 We have a large fenced yard and a big goofball named Hoagie to keep your doggy company. We will love and care for your dog as if he/she was our own, because that’s what we would expect for Hoagie while we’re away. We have extra pet beds, food and water dishes, etc. Our yard is perfect for a game of fetch, a sunbathing session, playtime with Hoagie, or just a great sniff. We’re happy to have your dog sleep in one of our bedrooms, take them for walks, and give them all the love.

“Very nice experience for us. This was the first time I’ve had to board my dog and I was worried about her reaction to being alone. Samantha kindly reassured me that she would be okay. There is a large fenced area for off leash play time. Blondie was taken on long walks and was bedded down in a stall in a former stable. She had a cozy bed and a heater. When we picked her up she looked happy and comfortable. We are very satisfied with Samantha’s kind care of Blondie.”
“We have only had Mollie since last December. She is a rescue and a sweet girl. We had the opportunity to go on a trip with friends. I wasn't sure how she would do with new folks since we had not had her with other dogs or people. Our get acquainted visit was the best experience for both of us. She was glad to see me when I picked her up, which was great! She had a good time playing with other dogs and running and smelling around their fenced property. “I was nervous having to use this app for my dogs to stay the night at a strangers house. My original plans fell through. Hailey not only accommodated my last minute plans so I could still go on my trip, I completely messed up the booking and she had no clue problems accommodating this as well. She gave me updates throughout the visit. I was so happy to hear my dogs got along great with her dogs and kids. She used her best judgement on when she introduced the dogs which all I wanted was for her to be comfortable. I did tell her my dogs go to daycare 4 days a week so I know my dogs are well behaved but you still never know. I will definitely be using her again.
