“Amanda was very gracious towards our very naughty puppy. Apparently, some of the nervous behaviors that we don’t see at home came out with an unholy flourish at Amanda‘s home. But I appreciate the fact that Amanda gave us a full and honest report (which is helpful for us to gauge the areas he still needs significant training) and was very kind about the negatives. The most important thing, though, was that he settled down in the car almost immediately. Our dog is a very nervous dog, so if he has had a rough time at a dog sitter, we know right away because he whines and whimpers all the way home. After leaving Amanda‘s house, he winded for about 60 seconds and then went to sleep. Hallelujah! Thank you, Amanda, for the top quality care you have given to our very low quality puppy. I am especially grateful that Amanda was willing to take the puppy at the last minute, because my husband had a hospital procedure and I had completely forgotten about making arrangements for the dog. I believe the best pet care starts with following the guidance provided by pet owners. They know their pets best and understand their individual needs, routines, and personalities. One thing I've learned over the years is that every animal is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to caring for them. I also place a strong emphasis on observation and communication. When I first meet a pet, I take time to learn their normal behaviors and establish a baseline for how they typically act. If I notice anything that seems unusual or out of character, I promptly reach out to the owner to keep them informed. About: I have had pets my whole life. I have experience with dogs from English mastiffs, to chihuahuas. I love cats, lizards, birds, literally all animals. I work/live on Beale AFB. I am very flexible. If you live on base I can go to your home on my lunch for a quick visit. Like I said I am an animal lover. I came on here after seeing how hard of a time some of our military members were having finding someone to take care of their furry friends. There are so many stressors associated within life that finding someone to genuinely care for your furry family members while away on vacation, TDY, visiting family- that should not have to be one.

“Tale’A was great! I would give her 10 stars if I could. She explained and showed me everything about what my dog’s stay would look like. My dog was immediately comfortable with her and her house. Her dog was the perfect match for my dog. I think my dog has a new bff. The backyard is a dream for an active dog. There was plenty of room both inside and out for my dog to roam around and sniff. She made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. I can’t recommend her enough. My dog had a great time. When I picked him up he was very happy and relaxed. He shows his stress and there was none just a very happy and tired dog from all the playing he did. He snored the whole way on our long drive home. I will definitely use Tale’A when we are back in the area. Thanks for taking such good care of my boy. I ended up stuck in Reno due to a fire and them closing I-80 so I texted Emily and explained my situation and Emily was great she had no problems keeping Bo for another day. She sent me pics and videos of Bo having a great time at her house with her dogs. I was afraid Bo wouldnt want to come home with me cuz he was having such a good time. Which wasn't the case Bo was happy to see me when I picked him up, but im sure he is going to miss Emily and her family.”
