About: I’ve been around and caring for dogs for many years, and I truly see them as part of the family. I’m taking a dog groomer certification course, which has given me hands-on experience handling dogs of many different breeds, sizes, temperaments, and personalities. I am very comfortable reading a dog’s body language, recognizing when they’re nervous or uncomfortable, and making sure they feel safe and cared for. I’ve also helped in a dog daycare environment, where I gained experience caring for multiple dogs with different energy levels and needs. I’ve cared for dogs at all stages of life, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience, comfort, and attention. My experience even includes assisting with a dog giving birth and helping care for newborn puppies. I understand how much attention and specialized care dogs can need during different stages of life. I’m comfortable following individual feeding, potty, medication, exercise, grooming, and daily care routines. I’m happy to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible while you’re away and give them plenty of playtime, enrichment, affection, and cuddles. My goal is to provide the same loving, attentive care I’d want for my own dog—and to make sure you can relax knowing your pup is in good hands. I currently work a morning job 3 days a week until about noon, and I work afternoons mostly from home. i also live with multiple people who also can provide excellent care if I am away. My mother is also a Rover pet sitter :). We have our home sectioned off into 3 spots. a transition area for when your pet arrives. That leads into the living room where your pet is welcome on all furniture, plenty of space to play, and access to our fenced back yard. If your dog needs time to adjust to a new space this is a great option for them. We also have 2 bernedoodles, if your pet is comfortable then they are welcome into the the main space of the house with our dogs. They are gentle giants.

Birdie seemed to enjoy her stay! The care team was friendly and sent updates each day. The only thing I will note it is that it doesn’t appear that the Bernedoodles who live at the house interact with the rover guests. Had I know that I may have booked another stay. Luckily they had other rover guests while Birdie was there so she did have some friends to play with.
I would definitely recommend Todd as a sitter! He took my dog for walks and she enjoyed playing in their fenced yard. My dog had an operation recently and was still on antibiotics every 12 hours. Todd made sure she got her medicine on time and texted me after each dose to let me know she got it. He also sent pictures and kept me updated with how she was settling in. Very happy with her stay with Todd and his family.
My dog Millie has never been to a boarding place or had a babysitter. We always just have family or friends watch her. As my husband and I’s wedding started approaching we knew we had to find someone to watch Millie because her usual babysitters would be at the wedding. She’s so incredibly knowledgeable about dog care, especially for senior pups. She’s very communicative, always lets you know how your dog is doing, and sends photos. Flawlessly amazing and kind! I just cannot say enough about Brittany and her kindness in caring for our high energy baby boy. She completely understood his need to burn energy outside and go for a walk. He was treated so well. Lots of cute pictures. I also am dealing with mobility issues with a broken foot I had surgery on. She was so understanding of my situation and picked him up at our house and brought him to me so he would not pull me on a leash. A really excellent experience for our dog and me!!!! We are all looking forward to using Brittany again. Thank you very much!!!
