About: Please read the entire profile. I did grow up with a Dalmatian dog. My dad was a firefighter, and came home with Pepper Christmas morning. My sister had a mini goldendoodle. I would stop daily after work around 3:45pm to play and take walks. I took a separation package from my employer 5/1/25 and now would like to offer walks, daycare, drop in visits and boarding . With boarding, For larger dogs, they WILL be crated at night. Your dog will be crated when I play pickleball in the mornings. I do have a crate(s). Please note if sending a request there may be a delay in responding due to pickleball between 9:30 - 12:30 approximate times. I currently have two dog walking appointments from 11:45am -1:45pm Monday-Thursday. Having retired 5/1/25, I have the time to provide loving care, playtime and walks with your pet. I will provide pictures and updates to you. No fence but can play fetch in the front/backyard or take your dog to dog park if they are ok with it. Please provide details or special needs. I look forward to providing belly rubs, snuggles and loving care.

About: I have grown up with 1-2 dogs since I was 5 years old and helped my parents train our second dog when I was 11. I love watching my parents dogs whenever they need and I have two dogs of my own that are my fur babies. I am a nurse who works 3 days a week and every third weekend so I usually have most of the week available. I love dogs and would really enjoy this experience in my free time. I have a fenced in yard and have two dogs of my own. I also have a kennel if needed, and can section off parts of the house with dog gates.

About: I will send regular updates along with photos so you are able to relax while you’re away. I am a nurse so if any medications need to be given I would have zero issues doing so. I work 3 days a week with the days varying each week. We would have to look at my schedule to make sure I’m available! Whatever your requests may be I’m happy to abide by them in order to keep you and your pets safe and happy. Routine is important so let’s try to keep it while you’re away!

About: I’ve grown up with dogs, I know nothing other than dogs. Raised both boys and girls. Currently, raising a 105 lb., 3 year old red gold retriever Mowgli and loving it. He plays well with others! Until further notice, I’m open at all hours of the day. I usually start my day around 5 am to about 9 pm per my puppy’s routine. However, open to any at the time being. I am taking a short leave from my full time position. My home is a family home we’ve grown up in the last seven years or so- plush grass, friendly dog neighbors, friendly neighbors, a lot of exercise in walking (I’ve gone as far as a half marathon once, not saying that’s the plan though unless you’re looking to train for a half marathon of course… lol)

About: My partner Jonah and I are huge dog people, eager to take care of your fur baby! We unfortunately are not in a place yet to have our own, so we are using Rover as a way to spend some quality time with dogs in the area. Jonah grew up with dogs and is used to having them around. My family got a puppy named Ember several years ago that I am very familiar with caring for as well. Though we don’t have a dog in the house, we have watched a few dogs here and know it is a safe and welcoming environment for them. Jonah works a flexible job and can be home with the dog during the day, while I work as a teacher and am always home in the evenings and on weekends. Your fur baby will always have the attention and care that they need in our household! We are open to walking dogs, pet sitting, and overnight boarding, all of which we have experience with. About: Hello! I'm Becca and I'm a full time student earning my masters degree in school counseling, and working as a Kindergarten teacher! I'm an experienced pet-sitter & excited to help pet parents in the area! I decided to come on here and find some extra jobs to fill my spare time during this winter break! I am experienced and reliable and I truly think that pets are a part of the family. I have experience working with multiple dogs too, and size is not a concern for me. I grew up with a Saint Bernard so I do not shy away from pet sitting for big dogs! I do work a typical work day from 8-5 on weekdays, so more independent furry friends may suit me better. However, weekends are always open for me and I can easily dedicate my weekend time to your pet. I treat pets like family. I believe that pets are incredibly important and are a way for people to find fulfillment, joy, and purpose in their everyday lives!

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have cared for all kinds, from little dachshunds to big Belgian Malinois (including retired police dogs). I’m confident handling different personalities and energy levels, and I always treat pets like they’re my own. Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine! I work full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 9–5, and I occasionally work overtime on the weekends. Because of that schedule, most dogs may be alone for up to 8 hours during a workday. I don’t host pets in my own home, but I’ll happily come to yours so your pets stay comfortable in their own space. I follow your instructions closely and make sure your pets feel safe, cared for, and loved while you’re away.

About: I have had dogs since I was a child. I adore all animals but dogs hold a special place in my heart. I have fostered puppies and dogs which included medication administration. I have a senior dog myself now and have been adapting his care to adhere to his age. I have trained puppies before with potty training, teething, and walking on a leash. I work full time during the week but have a fairly flexible schedule. Primarily available on the weekends to love and care for your pets. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly dogs. I have a crate if needed. I will respect and follow any instructions when caring for your fur babies in your home. I will love and treat them like my own.

About: I grew up with senior dogs. This year I adopted a puppy from Anderson Humane and I ADORE him. I have lots of experience with different dogs, and I ask a lot of questions so I completely understand your needs and your dogs needs. And no matter what they are, it is never a chore to me. I love working with animals and I love helping people, so you can take a break! I’m very flexible day to day! My work is a hybrid format so I can easily tailor it depending on your schedule and my work needs. Lots of walk time and trips to the dog park if you like dog parks. I like to put less emphasis on how I take care of your dog and a high emphasis on how YOU want me to care of your dog. Every dog is different and I’m adaptable!

About: I have grown up with pets, dogs specifically my entire life! I love dogs of all ages, all shapes and sizes! Having an animal companion to spend time with is some of the best company you can ever have! In my family I have helped raise/train puppies, we have also fostered in my household, and I have taken care of animals for friends and family. I am a very active person, I teach phy ed, so I love getting out for walks or runs. I am a teacher, so during the summer my hours are pretty flexible. I do have to teach summer school in the mornings for a short period of time, but then I am available for mid morning or lunch time pet breaks! Making sure all animals are safe and well taken care of is very important to me. Following instructions on how a dog best responds is very critical. Dogs are animals of habit when trained, so I want to continue to follow routines and expectations that their owner has. In my full time job I am trusted with children and I understand that for many people, pets are loved just as much as a child.

About: I've been a pet-owner, pet-sitter, dog aunty, shelter volunteer, and all-round animal aficionado my entire life. I grew up in Houston where I have always been the family pet-carer when anyone goes out of town. This is my 4th year living in Door County where I've been volunteering weekly at the animal shelter and spending my summers taking all my friends' dogs hiking and camping. I am currently working part time at a local brewery and looking to fill my days off with some dog walks or drop in visits. I am also available to do overnight pet-sitting or be an extra set of hands to help out those bringing their pets on vacation.
